Will eating fruits and vegetables and drinking plenty of water clean out my digestive system?
I’m talking about months and months of crap that was on the walls of my intestines, prevent body odor, and reduce stress? Will it help me look younger in the face?

Yes it will. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, technically you should be eating at least 9 servings of fruits and veggies a day. So work on that and you should not only get the results you want but you’ll be healthier as well.

Low body fat reduces sweating along with an active lifestyle with exercise. Stress is generally lifestyle, enviroment or mental state. As for face….singers generally have good faces due to the excercise of moving your mouth…..do the vowels…10 times in a mirror,,,just mouth the vowels as wide as you can….really tightens the face muscles over a few months…
