I’ve never tried Colonix, but it has better reviews then any other cleansing program. I used Perfect Cleanse and it worked great.
It is however, important that you understand the point of a cleanse. You will remove excess waste and toxins from your body. Even though you will probably lose weight, it is not fat. Mostly when you’re done you will feel healthier, and cleaner.
Also, any cleansing program is essential that you eat right, which means no processed foods, and little or no caffeine and alcohol. It is also recommended that you take probiotics to replace the bacteria in your digestive system with good bacteria.
