Which is the safest laxative you have ever tried?
I have been put on a different medication which side effect is mainly chronic constipation. I have tried almost all of the over the counter popular ones, Phillips, Correctol, and others but I really need something to do the job of good cleansing. I have stopped taking the medication but still I am not normal with my bowel movements. Greatly appreciate any recommendation

My wife says, there is nothing like prune juice.
do u use glycerin suppositories ?
i use it befor i felt better after that.
Good old fashion prune juice! It taste terrible to me, but it works great! Not to mention, it is good for you.
Magnesium citrate.
Chili Dogs usually work pretty well.
Miralax & wheat germ
