When I had to get totally cleaned for surgery (hysterectomy) I had to drink a gallon of this powder you drink mixed with water. It really cleans you out and no cramps, you are clean as a whistle afterwards. Ask a pharmacist what it is, it’s standard for surgery but you need a RX to get it.
As long as you drink 8-10 glasses of water every day and eat fresh fruit you won’t have any problems. Prune juice is good too.
Going to an actual doctor and getting a colonoscopy would probably be your best bet. They know what they’re doing.

Forget about pills.

The route I would suggest is through the anus. Anything else is just too indirect.
The route you mght want to take is up the rectum. Any other route will probably need to be cut open by a dr. That will need stitches and healing time. You probably wont be able to sit for a while after. Yup stick with going up the pooper.

I have read many places that colon cleanse is a hoax and most doctors think it harms more than it helps. Save your money. The colon is cleansed internally through good nutrition and habits not externally.
If you are cleaning it for a procedure dr usually prescribes go-litely.
There are health risks associated (fluid electrolyte imbalances) so follow what dr wants closely,.
use Vaseline and sitz bath I think.
If not needed don’t even think of colon cleanse. In that case you can do matcha and acai berry, water and exercise to help clean

Colon cleanse is sort of a hoax. If stuff stays too long it can develop cancer…but a one shot cleanse is not the answer.

You heard that there are lawsuits against these types of colon cleansers on TV.
I speculate that this stuff artificially removes the bad polyps out of your colon (the things that can lead to colon cancer) and regrettably transfer the polyps to your liquid waste gateway…the kidneys, and then the polyps get into one of the nephron cells without being eliminated in the bladder. With that, the urinary system is compromised as the polyps swell up in one of those nephrons, causing an inflammatory response in the kidneys that over time will lead to end-stage renal disease or permanent kidney damage.
Therefore, the best bet is to drink lots of water. Water is good for the colon…it is supposed to flush out the damaging toxins in your colon that can lead to polyps or even worse. Second best bet is to eat a lot of soluble fiber in your diet.
You don’t actually need to clean your colon. Most people simply clean the anus. This can be done as part of normal ablutions with soap and water, or with paper after bowel motions.
