Im sorry, but as far as I know, none of them do. The medical field does not endorse any kind of treatments like this. A colonic can be very expensive these days, about $75 per treatment, and you should have anywhere from 3 to 5 treatments in a series over three weeks. I do a series of enemas at home and get just as good results as a colonic for allot less money.
None do….colonics and colonic "therapy" are stupid, ineffective at "detoxing" (whatever that is) and in some cases they are dangerous. Your anus should remain a one-way exit on the highway of life.
Look into/consider going on a juicing fast for a few days,or simply straight FRESH fruits and vegetables,nothing but,again for a few days:-)
But to answer your question,no,as already stated,they will not cover something of that nature.
