Whats your take on the various colon cleansing drinks that are out there on the shelves?

   I haven’t tried any drinks but I use the Super Colon Cleanse by healthPlus. You take three tablets with each meal and a full glass of water. I found it to work within one day for a good cleanse. Good Luck!

   go for the natural ones in health food stores, id stay away from the junk in the store.

   I can tell you from experience most will only clean you of your hard earned money I found that the only products that really work are some powders there is a particular product that some naturopaths use called herbal fiberblend.
   I am using it now and having fantastic results. It was more expensive that most others but it really works. If you buy on line its cheaper. If you want any go to http://www.allaboutparasites.com they are the cheapest I could find.
