Colon cleansing is good to do but it won’t help you lose fat. It may make your stomach appear flatter. Crunches won’t help you lose fat either, unless you consider the calories you burn from doing them. The best way to lose weight is to do cardio everyday and cut your calories and carbs.
colon cleansing will not have any effect whatsoever on belly fat. FAT is not INSIDE THE COLON. It’s under the skin, over the muscles. Crunches won’t get rid of it either.
Belly fat is difficult to get rid of. But an overall good diet rich in vegetables, fruits and whole grains is the best way to start. Then losing weight all over will reduce more–but stay away from the colon cleansing–it will cause laxative dependence and it will dehydrate you. Neither one of those results will help you lose weight or tighten muscles.

you could try colon cleansing although i would advise asking a doctor before to see what he/she says about it. You just have to be careful about which ones you choose. I use nature cleanse which worked well with my body but could work different with others. If you do decide to try one i would stick with one thats well known and has good ratings like the nature cleanse i use or i also hear a lot about purity12.
