All of this hype about colon cleansing is just that. If you eat steamed broc. a couple of times a week as well as other fruits and veggies your upper and lower intestines will stay healthy. Your body if healthy will cleanse itself and these cleansing kits are a total waste of money. Drink pomegranate juice and eat yogurt with active cultures as well. If you don’t believe me, go ask a doctor who performs colonoscopies and he will show you actual pics of a healthy colon that hasn’t ever had a"cleansing".

Just buy cranberry juice, or try vinegar, honey hot liquids, or green tea
