what kind of doctors can perform colonic cell analysis in order to screen for colorectal cancer?
i am searching for types of doctors who are certified to do that kind of procedure- extract cells from the colon to see if there are any cancerous cells in it… for example, like a urologist, oncologist, etc… are there other types that are allowed to do it too??

A pathologist does the cell analysis. A gastroenterologist does colonoscopies and may remove tissue during the procedure and a surgeon will do a colon resection if necessary, but neither will do cell analysis and a pathologist will not do a colonoscopy or surgery. Urologists and oncologists do neither one.
If you mean what kind of doctors examines biopsies of the colon taken by surgeons as part of a colonoscopy the answer is a pathologist.
you could try speaking to a gastroenterologist. they specialize in diseases of the colon and digestive system.
