Cabbage usually makes me go to the bathroom alot. So once a month I eat alot of cabbage and it really does clean me out. Also there is some over-the-counter stuff you can use but I just can't think of the name of it.

It's clear and you put it in water or juice. It's used just prior to getting a colonoscopy and the pharmacist should be able to tell you. But that will clean you out instantly and you will be going to the bathroom alot.
