Yesterday I had to defecate a very big and hard dump. It hurt a lot at the moment but then I was fine. This morning I woke up with this burning rectal pain, which I'm pretty sure was caused by that. It hurts constantly and it hurts even more to contract it or to fart. What could it be? How do I cure it? Sorry for my bad English. Thanks.

sounds like a fissure….. go to the doctor to be sure. he will likely perscribe a very effective stool softener. Fissures take time to heal, though, and can be extremely painful for weeks. Eat lots of fibre and roughage, drink lots of water to keep your self regular, and your stools soft.

Were you drunk last night? Maybe something happened back there that you cant remember.
Hemerroids? Did you split it open ??? If it persists, see a doctor. A sitz bath will relieve pain temporarily (warm water, Epsom Salt).
