What is the best colon cleaner to use.?
I need a colon cleaner, but don’t know what is the best product. I am 48 years old and have been having constipation for the past 1 year now. Yes I have been to see a doctor. She told me I should add more fiber to my diet. I added more fiber but sometime it works and sometime it don’t. So I think I need a colon clean out. What do you think. And what is the best product to use.

Mary, you can look in your phone book yellow pages under Colonic Irrigation, it flushes out the entire colon, is not painful, and only takes about one hour. If you don’t have the time or the money, just take an enema at home for occasional constipation, its quick and you’ll feel better within minutes.
eating a lot of fiber alone will not help… you should eat a lot of fiber and drink a lot of water at least 2-3 liters of water for day. Eating fiber alone and without water will cause more constipation…
try to exercise too so facilitate peristalsis (movement of colon)…
I don’t suggest laxatives bec those will cause dependency on the product…
