What hurts when you need to poop real bad? Stomach or Large Intestine or Something Else?
k well sometimes when i poo, it doesn’t hurt and it comes out normal.
then sometimes i say my stomachs hurting when i need to poop really badly and it either comes out normal, or soft.
but what really hurts when you need a restroom fast. your stomach or large intestine?
because i always say my stomach hurts and i think i have been saying the wrong thing.
i know the large intestine is that last place for the digestive system then to the rectum.
just stomach or large intestine or something else instead

Whatever you call it, thank goodness you recognize it and get to the bathroom on time.
Technically, it is probably the muscles that surround your large intestine aka colon, rectum… that tell you when it’s time. If I have to name the actual body part, I prefer to say bowels. Excuse me. You use those muscles to hold back until you can get to a safe place… to go.
I hope you feel better. If it really causes you pain, though, you might mention it to your doctor.
