You should just go all natural. Using herbs will not harm your body in any way.
There are many colon cleanse available on the market but I rely only on Bromalite. It is one of the most effective and safe products. The colon cleanse product has a natural composition which contains probiotic and antioxidants to create a feeling of wellness. It helps reduce fats and help to discard the harmful deposits from our body without any side effects. If you wish to know more about bromalite, you can check here: http://www.dietpillrating.com
Psyllium husk has been said to be about the safest and most effective. Do research and make up your own mind and be aware of those telling you what will or will not work.
Gary Y Your statement IS NOT honest because you are making claims that are not proven! It is not proven that colon cleansers do not work! You should pass on information and facts instead of spreading dishonest lies about supplements!
Edit: Gary Y Scientific evidence doesn’t mean it doesn’t work! Also anyone can forge anything on wikipedia including you,so do we don’t know you didn’t make up those things!
Edit: Gary Y I never called you a liar! I said your statement is not honest and you should pass on info and facts instead of spreading lies. None of these statements I made call you a liar!
Also,I NEVER said colon cleansers work! I said,"Psyllium husk has been said to be about the safest and most effective. Do research and make up your own mind and be aware of those telling you what will or will not work." Do you see where I wrote,"…has been said to…" That is not a claim my good friend!
You proved yourself wrong as well! If you can’t prove a negative then it is not a logical statement. If you can’t prove a negative claim then you should not make that claim! THE BURDEN OF PROOF IS ON YOU IF YOU MAKE A CLAIM NEGATIVE OR POSITIVE!
You have made your own rules to spread lies about alt meds and then pretend you are above criticism because a negative doesn’t have to be backed up because it can’t be.
It again proves your comments are illogical!
These negative claims would not be accepted by any real scientist, but yet you ask for scientific proof over and over again. Your grade~ FAIL!
Edit: Gary Y You wrote,"2.Anyone can EDIT Wikipedia, but that doesn’t mean the information is wrong." THANK YOU! That’s what I’m talking about! It’s the same with people that said something worked for them! You claim that herbs don’t work because there is no scientific evidence that they do. Just like your wiki response to my attack on it,lack of evidence is not proof of your negative claims against herbs!
Thanks for beating yourself this time in this debate! NEXT!
Edit: Gary Y I said,"You should pass on information and facts instead of spreading dishonest lies about supplements!" Telling you that you should pass on facts and info instead of spreading lies is only telling you what you should and should not do. I never said you are spreading lies.
However you accused me of making up e-mails from YA and deleting answers which you refused to apologize about even after I apologized to you in an attempt to be civil! Civility and kindness is what you have rejected every time. Also, since you want to play word games by making negative claims about alt meds you even admit you cannot prove, maybe I’ll play word games too!
As I told you before I went toe to toe with a 30 year veteran Northwestern Nutrition Professor who tried to rip on alt meds and I made him look foolish in front of 35 students. You are your skep friends want to play games with the truth, then good luck debating me!
It’s really funny how you make comments about there’s "no scientific evidence" on some questions when you know that if someone shows scientific evidence you will discredit it. You,skepdoc and Rhianna caught me in that web when I thought you were actually looking for evidence. You all just keep on changing your rules of what would be evidence and/or proof.
One thing you and your friends are missing is that it’s not about you,me or them! It’s about people’s health!
Edit: Gary Y I did not call you a liar, but you called me one when you accused me of making up e-mails! Yet you refused to apologize!
Edit: Gary Y
"You should" is telling you what you should do!
"You are" is labeling you or beginning of calling you a name!
I used "you should." For someone who act like a scientist you certainly have problems with scientific details and logic. You and Dave should take a college course on logic.
Edit: Gary Y ~Yes I do.
Try a natural and organic herbal cleanse – no nasty chemical side effects. And it doesn’t starve your body in the process.
I seen a great one at biotanicalhealth.com
Don’t waste you time and money. Colon cleansers have no health benefits – your colon is already clean. Colon cleansing and alt med detox started out as a scam and have now turned into a fad.
From Wiki:
"No scientific evidence supports the alleged benefits of colon cleansing.[3] The bowel itself is not dirty and barring drugs, disease or mechanical blockage, cleans itself naturally without assistance.[4] Certain enema preparations have been associated with heart attacks and electrolyte imbalances, and improperly prepared or used equipment can cause infection or damage to the bowel. Frequent colon cleansing can lead to dependence on enemas to defecate and some herbs may reduce the effectiveness of prescription drugs.[5]"
"Colon cleansing, which is based on a prescientific theoretical model adopted from ancient Egypt, involves the use of herbs and/or enemas to remove food proponents claim that remains in the colon and rots, producing symptoms and general ill-health. In reality, the colon does not require cleaning, and the practices can be both expensive and dangerous.[2]"

EDIT: @altmedspecialist, you’re not going to start this nonsense again are you? Haven’t you embarrassed yourself enough already?
1. It is not logically possible to prove the negative. I am not making any claims that colon cleansers are effective, that they remove ‘toxins’ etc, etc. I do not have the burden of proof. You are trying to shift the burden of proof, and THAT by definition is dishonest.
2.Anyone can EDIT Wikipedia, but that doesn’t mean the information is wrong. Instead of attacking the source, to be taken seriously you need to attack the content. Which parts are wrong, and why? Don’t forget to provide your robust, peer reviewed scientific data.
3.Calling me a liar is an argument from ad homimen – it is not evidence that colon cleansers work as claimed. However, by calling me a liar you are by default claiming that colon cleansing products DO work as claimed. So let’s see it; your compelling evidence that colon cleansers work as claimed, and are safe. These claims typically say that colon cleansing is effective for:
Weight problems
Fatigue
Chronic Back problems
Bad Breath
Appetite suppression
Removal of mucoid plaque
Removal of accumulated toxins
Increased energy and fitness
Until these claims are proven, I stand by my assertion that colon cleansing products are a scam.

EDIT: @Live Free Or Die (Mr Multiple Accounts):
Yes, you called me a liar. You said my statement is not honest. A dishonest statement is a lie. Someone who ‘spreads lies’- as you allege of me, is a liar. Either acknowledge this or shut up. Now the only way you can prove that I’m lying, and not “passing on facts”, is by showing that colon cleansing products work as claimed. So please address my point 3 before you move onto semantics or make further accusations.
——-
EDIT: @Live Free Or Die, no – you called me a liar. Please acknowledge that and address my point 3, or retract everything but your first paragraph.
——-
EDIT: @Live Free Or Die, do you care about the truth, yes or no?
All colon cleanses are a total scam. There’s not a shred of evidence that they could ever do any of the outrageous claims made for them.
There are risks not only from putting unknown (and therefore possibly contaminated or harmful) substances up your rear, but also that most people who perform these procedures are unqualified amateurs with no medical training.
Avoid completely if you want to stay healthy.
