Week 35 rectal and back pain….?
Maybe I’m a weiner, but tell me what you guys think. I am just into my 35th week and this is pregnancy #4. I have had cramping for about a week, but nothing regular. For the past 2 days my back has been KILLING me. For 2 weeks I have had serious vaginal pressure, it feels like the baby is going to fall out! Now today I am having these shooting pains in my rectum…it feels like I need to have a huge bowel movement, but when I go to use the bathroom, nothing. My back is in serious pain today, but it’s more of a constant pain with times of sharpness….it really doesn’t let up. Yes, I mentioned all this to my doc a week ago, but he double books himself and he said, sounds normal. I don’t FEEL normal, but like I said, maybe it’s just me. What do you ladies think?

the same thing happened to me with my 3rd child. For 2 weeks it felt like her head was so far down it was sticking right in between my legs. I could barley walk unfortunatlly she ended up beign 2 days late while while my first 2 week both a week early. Just hang in there hopefully you wont have my bad luck and deliver late! Good luck and congrats!!
I am due in 10 days, and i have been feeling the same thing off and on for the past 4 weeks, everyone told me that i was going in labor, but its 3 weeks later and still no baby. I think your body is just preparing you for whats to come:) Goodluck to you and your new baby
i’ve had 6 and it sounds normal to me. Its pressure from your growing uterus and the little one doesn’t have alot of room left. I had all the same symptoms you described at one time or another. I know its uncomfortable but recognize that your body is getting ready to bring forth a new life
I would call your dr. it sound like you are having back labor to me. and I have heard that you are in labor when you feel like you are going to have a bowel movement but nothing happens when you try to go.
Well I think you’re very close in going to labor…my family tells me that when you’re about to go into labor there’s pain on your rectum and you feel like you need to use the bathroom, but what it really is, is the baby pressuring to come out.
I’m 37 weeks and I haven’t had those symptons
