I am Current 5’11 155 I have been taking Acaiberry detox and colon cleanser, to trim down on my stomach fat. I still have 24 pills of each and im wondering if i should finish those two sets of pills before i start taking supplements like black powder. I had been running frequently but i noticed that i wasn’t gaining any weight on the pills because obviously they are weight loss pills, i notice that i loose a little bit of my stomach fat but im not sure if what i am doing is correct. If you have any tips or suggestions let me know. What im thinking is should i just tone down not gain any weight keep running and finish off the detox pills so i can practically elimate all my stomach fat and then start taking black powder. Im confused help haha

WITHOUT expensive supplements or special diets? I’ve heard of the benefits of an internal cleanse, such as having twice the energy, a flatter stomach, and a smaller waist. Also, is colon cleansing a scam?

ok i’ve been dieting since june now we r ending july when i started i weighted 134 pounds yesterday i weighted my self on the afternoon and i weight 126 pounds i am 5 feet tall. on does days dieting i always vary my calories intake i was supposed to eat 600 calories or less a day everyday but sometimes i over ate by eating like 1200 calories a day or 1000 calories and when that happened i always felt guilty that i cheated on my diet most of the times i eat 500 to 700 calories a day from vegetables and fruits. i always make sure i eat some protein too but not too much. ok so does days i exercised like 3 times or 4 week dancing for and hour or 2 now i told my self i needed to get more active so i walk from 3 to 6 miles a day and run on saturdays and dance for an hour on Wednesdays oh and rest on sundays and eat 800 cal a day or less i want to be 115 pounds before i get in school on sep 9 could these help me lose weight and can my metabolism be slow now i sweat alot i think my metabolism is still working alot i eat four to five times a day i drink 2 litters of water everyday and i drink 2 to 3 cups of green tea i do colon cleanse on fridays and i started taking omega 3 supplements will it make me burn more fat taking it does it works?? and if i need to adjust these please tell me how THANK YOU FOR reading i hope i get lots of help with this.

She seems to get bloated a lot and she doesn’t have a bowel movement everyday. And when she does, they smell abnormally bad and I’m afraid her digestive tract may be backed up.

I want to put her on a high fiber diet to get it moving.

Any suggestions on some high fiber foods I can regularly implement or any child friendly ‘digestive tract cleansing’ supplements?

Thanks!

PS. Please only give suggestions other than "bring her to the doctor"
She is already going today. But I wanted to hear some first hand knowledge/suggestions from other moms and dads as well.

Thanks!

So I was doing some online research and was very close to purchasing a colon cleanse kit. However, I found a lot of information stating that a healthy diet and lots of fiber is all humans need to get the movements going as the colon is a self-cleansing organ AND that colon cleansing can flush out the beneficial bacteria and cause dehydration. So I’ve opted to up the fiber and drink more water. I go at least twice a day, so I don’t think I have a problem. I will leave my colon alone and continue to take probiotics.

My first question is this: Should I do a parasite cleanse? I haven’t tested positive for parasites, but I read that you can have parasites and not know it and that a parasite cleanse should be done once a year. I read that humans can pick up parasites just about anywhere, so is a yearly parasite cleanse necessary for maintenace/prevention?

As for the second question: Is a detox really necessary, or should a drastic change in diet and supplements do the trick? I saw a nutritionist who wants me to go totally organic with fruits and meats (I agree with the meats), but I can’t afford totally organic with produce as my budget doesn’t allow for it. Plus,I live in LA and am exposed to toxic air every day. The whole "detox" and "organic only" craze has me confused. If I thorougly wash my conventionally grown fruits and veggies, is that good enough to was away pesticides, bacteria, and parasites?

I’ve been interesting in cleansing my body internally for awhile now. I don’t want to visit any clinics or anything and get that huge tube (LOL) but I am interested in taking some supplements or vitamins. I’ve been reading up on Dr. Natura Colonix and although it’s mainly positive, I also seen a lot of negative reviews. But I want to feel healthier and I don’t want my gas or breath to smell bad. I also remember seeing an infomercial on television about a colon cleansing product that seemed very good at removing a lot of the waste in regular bowel movements (nothing like laxatives though). Does anyone know that product or can recommend anything else?
No. This has nothing to do with diet pills or wanting to be thin. I just heard it’s important to cleanse your body every once in awhile with a cleansing that lasts for a few days and not like, months or anything since that’ll take away your body’s nutrients and moisture.

(Doctors’ answers prefered.)
Is it safe to take liver cleansing supplements and colon cleansing supplements? If so, is there a certain brand you recommend? What exactly is in the supplement that is effective? Is it possible to overdose? I am a 20 yr old female with irregular bowel movements and occational nausea. My stomach is often uncomfortable and bloated (even when I’m not on my period), and I’m wondering if it would help to take colon cleansing supplements. Every now and then, maybe every 2-3 months, I get so nauseous for an hour or so and then I vomit. After I vomit I feel better but I still feel exhausted so I usually go to sleep afterwards. I already exercise, drink plenty of water, and eat healthy, but nothing I do seems to work. My doctor says there is nothing she can do because there is no consistency and there doesn’t seem to be a certain food that triggers it so she can’t diagnose anything. Also, I don’t know if this is relevant but sometimes if I’m hungry I get dizzy. If I dont eat enough I get very fatigued and sometimes dizzy. I’m 5’4" and about 108 lbs. That is a healthy weight for my body type. Just to clarify, I don’t starve myself, I always try to make sure I’ve eaten enough. Thanks

Is this safe to do? I’m 18. I’m taking prozac, ritalin, & concerta. I have Leaky Gut Syndrome, so I’m doing a colon cleanse. I’m starting a new diet for Leaky Gut as well. I’ll be taking supplements later on. Will taking these medications have any effect on my colon cleansing? thank u for your help.

Ok, I’m not asking anyone what their opinion in general is on detoxes, so if you haven’t done one and don’t have any personal experience, please don’t give your general opinion. I’m taking a few supplements to detox my kidneys, liver, and colon, as well as going on a 30-day diet modification that restricts me to fruit in the am only, quinoa, brown rice, chicken, fish, and veggies, veggies, and more veggies. What I hope to get out of this is a reduction is acne and boils and an increase in energy. Has anyone done anything similar? I’d love to hear your experiences so I can know what to expect!

I’m 18 years old and I am not in bad shape, but I have a fast metabolism and eat terribly. I don’t gain weight and yet I can consume 2 Big Mac’s, a Fry, Large Coke in one sitting. However, I know this type of dieting is inevitably damaging. Although there is no visual effect to my eating habits as of this far, I know in the long run this is not healthy and I want to change.

I don’t want an expensive, supplemented diet that utilizes enemas and such, but I want to know of a stable diet such as a good combination of fruits, vegetables, and juices/water on a daily basis, in what amounts of consumption, and in what variety. Thank you. I am on a budget, I just want some guidance as to what beneficial diet would fit me.

P.S Please no colon cleansers, excessive supplements, or enemas and extremities of that nature, just food and natural remedies only.

Thank you very much in advance.

I am wanting to try the Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse Diet…
Can I buy these products at WalMart or Walgreens? The the acai berry supplements and some colon clease supplement? Or will I have to order them offline?
If I can buy them in stores what should I buy?

i have ibs, therefore i have pretty bad digestion. i take lots of supplements daily, multi, fish oil, cla, gluten enzyme, probiotics, digestive enzymes, peppermint oil, green tea daily gentle cleanse, and some others to help.. i also just in general try to stay away from foods that are bad for me, or will make my stomach hurt. i have also started exercising so that it helps m digestion and just to loose weight. (im not fat) juust a little big, well not really. i would just consider myself curvy, hahaha. im 15, i’m 5’2 and i weigh about 125.

some questions i have are:
1. is it my metabolism or ibs that makes my stomach bloats right after food ? because, i wake up in the morning with a flat stomach and by the time i eat something.. i’m bloated for the rest of the day.
2. why can some people eat whatever they want and there stomach doesnt even look like they ate anything. why doesnt there stomachs get bigger ?
3. i really want to speed up my metabolism, how can i do this, besides excercise.
4. this isnt in the topic buut, my period is coming up in a couple days, annnd i’m eating so much more, is it from that ?
juuustt.. so you know, i eat pretty healthy, i have junk food occasionally.. annd, all the food i eat comes from organic food stores, as well as my supplements. so they arent the crappy supermarket brand.

on friday my mom is getting these expensive colon cleansing supplements (pills) for us to take but I dont know how long I should take it,,,,(which might be implied by the bottle) or what my diet should be like…what do i eat??? Im a 17 year old female

If you have did they work for you. After taking these supplements did you get more energy and feel better. Did it help you go to the bathroom more often.

I am just wondering because I have just started taking a colon cleanse supplement, a liver cleanse supplement and a daily once a day woman vitamin and vitamin c. And it seems to be helping me. I feel better and not all sluggish, I have energy. I feel like my overall health is improving.

what is the proper way to take super colon cleanse capsules is it before or after meals?I am also taking supplements because I work out 3 times a week.Is it possible that if itake supplements before the colon cleanse it will just be wash away if i will have bowel movements.thanks.

Which herbal colon cleansing supplements are the best? Is it better to get a colonic? How much do they usually cost and are there any risks? Any extra helpful information would be appreciated thank you!

Is It really that important, could I die from a horrifying disease. I really just want to exercise be healthy, And take my supplements. I can’t imagine having to take this kind of shit every year.

just drinking water or fasting or anything. How can I do a complete body/colon cleanse without stopping eating? Higher intake of vegetables and less meat I’d guess but how do you keep your body regular clean and smelling fresh from the inside out for good? Are there supplements to help as well? What removes toxins the best? What about bowel movements? How do you make them regular and not horrible? I wanna try detoxing but I need to eat and go to school and work two jobs.

I want to be sure it works before i spend my money, if anyone has used any supplements or anything please let me know the results.

I want to lose at least 20 pounds by March. I know it’s possible, but what would I have to do to lose this weight. I have a colon cleanser and acai burn, so how can i use these 2 supplements to also help me lose weight. Thanks a ton!!

Is there any truth to the benefits for muscle building, fat loss and metabolism boosting from taking Acai berry supplements with colon cleansing detox simultaneously?

i was just wondering if there are any success stories from using these two supplements? I have completely changed my lifestyle over the past few weeks, I have quit smoking (best thing i have ever done, will never smoke again!)and I have changed my diet dramatically, no crap just proper healthy food, aswell as this i am taking acai and colax colon cleanse. I feel great, I have had two colonics and everyone keeps telling me how healthy i look, just wondered if anyone else is trying these supplements and what is ya feedback?

I just wanted to know if its necessary to take a colon cleanser with the acai berry supplements.
I know what a colon cleanser does and I can not risk constantly using the restroom with my vigorous schedule.
I will begin proper dieting and exercising as well but i wanted to know if anyone had results with just the acai berry alone.

and is the acai berry power 500 the best?
which is the best form? pill? or liquid?

Thanks.

I started using a cleansing product recommended by an herbalist that I get my vitamins from. The first few days all I noticed was increased bowel movements. Now I am sick to my stomach, cramping, diarrhea. Are these possible side affects? I thought maybe just a bug, but we are going on day three of these intermittent symptoms and I have never had a flu bug go that long. Is it possible that these supplements have flushed out the helpful bacteria in my colon? And yes I did stop taking!!!

Im 19 years old and im just trying to loose 7-10 pounds of fat (im 5’5 and weigh 126lbs, iv been working out and trying to eat healthier but this weight just wont come off. Would it be safe to take the supplements for a short period of time? Im usually against substances but reviews iv read are so positive.
