My friend and I are having a debate about colon cleansing. He says that everyone should have it done and it’s necessary for optimal health. I say that it’s not necessary, but only optional. I think that the authors of those books and the creators of these colon cleansing programs are just trying to find a way to take advantage of and make money off of people who don’t know enough about the human body and how it works. What are the pros and cons of a colon cleansing? Is it really necessary?
Sound dangerous to me – like you could be stripping important protective linings away. Mankind has gone a million years not worrying about it; now suddenly it’s a major health concern. I can’t turn on the TV or radio and not see or hear an infomercial about it. Or is this just another gimmick to convince people to spend money on homeopathic remedies they really don’t need? I also heard that there could be some dangerous and untested compounds in these preparations that can cause kidney damage. Is this true?
I need to pretty much clean all the junk out of my intestines; but I can’t afford to spend a lot of money on it. Any suggestions on a cheap, effective, easy way to clean out my intestines? I tried to drink some Epsom salt and water earlier.. it was so horrible tasting. I took like 2 drinks of it.

There is junk in my intestines.
I want to find a colon cleanse that is good. I just found out that I’m lactose and gluten intolerant, so I want a good cleanse that will help get my body more regulated and back to normal. I heard to start with a colon cleanse and every time I go to look, I bump into a company that wants money for a certain medicine. Does anyone have any good colon diets that work??
i was diagnosed with colorectal cancer in september 07. I have since gone through chemo and radiation treatment and had surgery on the 28th of february 08. I developed problems after the surgery and have not been able to work but three weeks since september 07. I am a military retiree and most of the hospital bills have been taken care of but money for everyday living expenses such as rent, utilities.groceries has also ran out. Due to being a military retiree I am not eligible for any government programs and i was just wondering if someone had any information on any other programs that i could check into. I am not asking for a handout as i fully intend on paying any money i might receive for assistance back in full. thank you for any assistance in this matter

I want clean out my bowels out naturally. I’m so boated and packed that I look like I’m 8 months pregnant. I don’t want to spend a lot of money on those cleansing kits. But I want to do it safely.
Im 6’0 and 17… and about 100 pounds over weight. I’ve been slowly losing weight and was wondering if detox programs would be worth the money. I gained close to 60 lbs in the course of a year and would like to start reversing some of the internal damage of gorging processed foods.
It’d be a christmas present

I have been having bowel movement problems since I was a teen. I thought it was because of the way I ate (and still do). However, recently I have been reading up on diets and diet pills and found some websites about colon cleansing…I am think of trying a program called "Colonix" because I feel so miserable sometimes, especially after eating. I feel bloated and sluggish. Does anybody know if this program is worth the money and could someone tell me if colon cleansing is really beneficial?
I’ve been hearing a lot about colon cleansing and the benefits of doing it, but before I sink my money into these supplements I would like to know if anyone has tried one and do they do all they say they can. My stomach is bloated and I’m wondering if its because of excess waste in my colon that I can’t get rid of.
Please only people that have tried something answer.
There are so many detox cleansers that im not sure which one to choose. I dont want to spend money on something that doesnt work. so does anyone know which one is the best and where i can find, especially ones in local stores like walgreens or walmart.
I’d like to loose 50 lbs, tried diets, tried eating healthier with eating fruits and veggies. I’ve tried eating smaller meals and even walking 8 miles a day…it just doesn’t work.
I figure this acai berry and colon cleanse might do the trick.
Of corse it was around for both things if the trial offer but I’d like to know how much it really is after the trial. I really don’t have the money to spend 0 on it right now and I was wondering if anyone knew.
Was thinking of trying the diet, don’t want to waste my money if it doesn’t work!
