I’m taking a statistics class and working on some of the homework, and I’ve come to what seems like a trick question to me:

2. To diagnose colorectal cancer, the Hemoccult test- among others- is conducted to detect occult blood in the stool. This test is used from a particular age on, but also in routine screening for early detection of colorectal cancer. Imagine you conduct a screening using the Hemoccult test in a certain region. For symptom-free people over 50 years old who participate in screening using the Hemoccult test, the following information is available for this region:
The probability that one of these people has colorectal cancer is 1.3%. If a person has colorectal cancer, the probability is 90% that the person will have a positive hemoccult test. If a person does not have colorectal cancer, the probability is 5% that the person will have a positive hemoccult test.
a. What is the probability that a randomly chosen person in the mentioned category does not have colorectal cancer and then has a positive Hemoccult test? Write the question using function notation. Show your work.

I want to say that the answer is 5% due to the fact that it clearly states " If a person does not have colorectal cancer, the probability is 5% that the person will have a positive hemoccult test", but why would the textbook ask the question if the answer’s right there? It’s an even problem too, which means I can’t check the back of the book to get an idea if I’m right or not.
In my attempt to solve the problem, I started out using the P(B|A) = P(A and B)/P(A) formula, but using the values of (1 – .013) as the top, and .05 as the bottom gives an answer that doesn’t make sense. Should I flip them around? As in, (.05)/(1-.013), or am I going about this entirely the wrong way?
My parents have been gone since Friday. I’m 15, and my siblings are 10 and 11.My grandparents have been staying with me and my siblings but not everything gets done. for example they aren’t good at doing dishes, keeping the house clean, or putting food away. On Friday I volunteered for a 4-H thing, then went with my grandma to run errands. I went to bed early because on Saturday morning I had to be up at 4:30am to go to work. After work (I get off at 1pm) I came home, helped with lunch, chilled, then helped with dinner. I promised mom that I would get lots of homework done (I do online school and am a little behind right now) before she got home mid afternoon on Sunday. however, my little sister had to sing in church this morning at 8:00am (early service) so that’s the only service we could go to. At 10pm….everyone had just gone to bed, the house was a mess, the sink piled with plates, pizza pans unclean laying on the counter, dishwasher was full of dishes to be unloaded. i still hadn’t done any homework since Thursday. My intestines were in a knot so I couldn’t sleep anyway. Soo even though I knew it would make it impossible to get up for church in the morning, I cleaned the house, did the dishes, and did TONS of homework. Not only am I no longer behind in this class, but I’m actually ahead of pace now! I was going to a friends house with my dogs to practice some agility yesterday but she wasn’t going to be home so we switched our time to 5pm today. However, after mom heard that I didn’t go to church she told me to cancel it. I live 30 minutes from this friend and rarely see her but I cancelled it like she said. Now I feel kinda bad….as if maybe she would prefer I would have gone to church instead of cleaning and doing homework? Was it a bad idea to stay up until 4am trying to make my mom proud only to just piss her off more? =[
I need to know about the possible treatments for Irritable bowel syndrome. As much relevant information as possible.
An important note though, I do not have nor believe to have this disease. I am recollecting information for a presentation/homework.
