I’ve had chronic constipation for as long as I can remember. I started taking Phillips Colon Health Probiotics today… does this work? Does it have any side effects? I have this insane fear of diarrhea.. so does this cause it? Thank you!

since her successful surgery she is cancer free. However since the surgery about a hour or so after eating she has diarrhea. It does stop on its own,.She is afraid to go any where now to breakfast or whatever for fear she’ll have an accident. Anyone ever heard of this problem??????

I was gonna do a natural detox juicer searched for body detox and this site drnatura.com came up. The testimonies etc were disgusting . But I know its true I couldn’t even look at the pics because my biggest fear is worms and just reading made me freak out. But I want a cleanse but would a colon cleanse from the Dr. be just as effective as the natural stuff.

I took a laxative about 2 months ago to clear up my first case of constipation since I was a kid (I’m coming up on 30). Ever since then I’ve felt like there is something lodged in my descending colon. I went to see the doctor about it out of fear that I had colorectal cancer. They performed a colonoscopy and nothing showed up, no polyps or even hemrroids. I don’t have diahrrea or excessive gas, so it isn’t IBS. The doctor seems to think that it’s my diet. But I eat healthy and have never had this problem before. Now I have a constant feeling of pressure/discomfort in my descending colon and never goes away. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. In October 08 I had rectal surgery and was given stool softners, in fear of having a regular bowel movement I have continued using them, however in the past 2 week I have been experiencing sever abdominal pain, could using the stool softners be the reason?
