i’ve been told that cleaning out your colon gets rid of unwanted toxins, therefore helping you lose weight. is this true? and if it is…how can i do it, BESIDES DRINKING WATER. i already do that. i really want to lose 10 pounds. i exercise ALL the time as i am a major athlete, and i have a pretty good diet…but clearly exercise and eating healthfully doesn’t do it all.
I just started this diet today and it says to take one colon clenz in morning and one at night but it also says not to take more than seven days. So my question is how often am i supposed to use this if it says no longer than 7 days? After the 7 days when do i use it again?
Help someone plz
im interested in doing the master cleanse but the salt water flush and taking laxatives makes me a little uncomfortable… if i need to do it then i will but i would really rather not. and i dont want to hurt my stomach but is it really necessary for me to drink only orange juice and water when i "ease out" of the diet?
I cant cook for crap…I am horrible and clueless with it. Any suggestions on a diet that I can do? Working in the kitchen is a huge intimidation for me..please help!

My grandmother survived colon cancer about 5 years ago. I want to do all I can to prevent it. I figured I would start by eating healthier and adding more fiber and water to my diet. I also just started taking dual action cleanse. I got it from walmart, so i didn’t pay a ton of money for it. Is it safe?
i changed most of my diet and i’m eating a lot of salads with chicken and fruits and whole grain cereals in the morning but i have been getting alot of #3 so to speak. this seems to happen every time i start this cycle of eating healthy again. which has only been twice. but i know how to do it the right way now, but why is this? is my body cleansing and ridding waste? or is it something serious?
ok…i have diariah! not quite #2.
I’m just wondering if these are actually safe to use and if so where could I purchase the pills/kit/whatever it is. I’ve read that they’re great for a person who is just starting out a diet. Kind of like "flushing" your system out, like rebooting your computer LOL Anybody with any info is welcome! =]

It says not to take more than 7 days but when should i use it after the 7 days. I’m on the Acai berry and colon clenz diet.someone please help!!
ok i’ve been doing some research on the net I i am still undecisive about trying the acai berry diet with the colon cleanse. There are so many sites and blogs that convince me that it works but there are also lots of other sites that say it’s a scam. Is there anyone that HAS TRIED it and has found results?
I know it’s healthy to cleanse your colon, but how often should it be done and what do you use? Is it a good way to jump start your diet? I’m in the process of taking vitamins everyday and starting to eat healthier..I would just like to rid my body of the built up toxins, not use it as a diet…
Thanks!
For those of you that don’t believe colon cleansing is healthy, this was taken from an article:
"Your body accumulates toxins everyday. It cannot eliminate the toxins fast enough. Your colon can manage between five to twenty five pounds of waste at a time. However, your diet and lifestyle today make it harder for your colon to deal the extra load. Residue from the food waste which remain behind after the bowel movement will collect more toxins.
If you don’t get rid of the waste from your system, the toxins will remain in your colon for years which can intoxicate your body. The more toxins you have in your body, the more severe will be your sickness. Therefore, colon cleansing should become part of your regimen of detoxification."

I would like any and all feedback. How much weight if any did you lose? How much exercise did you do? What type of diet were you on and anything else you would like to add. Thank you so much for any and all answers!
and that each year she goes in and has a piece of the colon removed, she is not on any medication only a diet. She was suppose to have the surgery in Dec of 08 but said that things are fine and she is going to skip this year and just treat it with a diet.
My questions is this can this be true?
i just read about a diet where you take one pill of acai and one pill of colon cleanse and you will lose about 7 lbs a week. have you or anyone you know tried this diet and has it worked?
First of all please no colon cleaning or acai berry advertisement answers. im not interested. So if I bike at least 3 intense miles a day, and diet, (three small meals a day), will I lose any weight? I’m like 5′2 and i weigh about 120 pounds. I’m looking to lose about 10-15 pounds. Like 2 pounds a week.

I see alot of those colon cleanse systems at the vitamin store and was wondering which is the best and most effective. Is it a good idea to use a colon cleanse before I start a diet? What are the benefits?
I have PCOS and I heard that is a good one. I tried Atkins but lost nothing and 2 months later was hospitalized for colon failure.
Wondering if the diet is hard to follow and what are the basics of the diet.
What was the diet and exercie plan like? how long did it take..and whats the proof it will work?
I am oh so not regular and its getting uncomfortable and annoying! I go like twice a week on a good week. I know my carb invested diet is to blame, but I am just sluggish in the bowel dept!!
Have any of you tried a hydrocleaning process?? My hubby is trying to convince me but Im scared, embarrassed, and just dont know how it can help? If you have done it what was ur experience like and did it help?
Tomorrow I’m going to start the Acai Berry Diet and Colon Cleanse. What types of foods should I be eating during the diet. I eat relatively healthy but are there any food I should avoid or take more of? Also the colon cleanse is a 7-day program. Should I continue the Acai Berry after the cleanse is done. And what recommended dose for Acai Berry 1000 mg capsules. The recommended dose is 2 a day with a meal would it be bad if i took 4 a day, 2 with 2 separate meals?
I’ve heard the diet makes you feel way better and takes like 15-20 pouns off which is awesome cause i need to lose 20 pounds. What do I drink ?For how long?Where do i buy the drink or whatever its called at ?Please tell me everything you know ….and your opinions on the coon cleanse. And can you tell me ways to lose the pouch I have I’m 133 and I am 5′5 i want to lose at least 15 pounds because thats my idle weight thanks.
im planning on doing the Acai Berry diet with the ColonPro cleanse after delivery to get my pre-baby body back. is it harmful to go ahead and start taking the colon cleanse when i’m 36 wks along?
Okay so I completed 10 days of the diet and today was my first day in which to ease out of the lemonade routine. I drank orange juice as told in the guide and embarrassingly enough, experienced some discomfort and slight diarrhea throughout the entire day. Later in the day I decided to eat some beans since they are liquidy and then proceeded to take a nap. When I woke up I had the worst nausea ever and just thinking about food made me want to vomit. I’m trying to make the nausea and bowel discomfort go away but I don’t know what to do. Is this a normal occurrence when coming off of the diet?
I don’t understand though because others in my family did the diet as well and ate a few solid foods as they were easing out and didn’t experience any discomfort. They were also pretty liquidy beans so I wouldn’t consider them a completely solid food.
