Hi am very curious about this. The lemon detox site says to use mandal bay syrup, but I have checked the dept stores in my city ( Bangalore,India)not one of them has it.I read that alternatively maple syrup can be used. But the scary thing is this diet is supposed to be maintained for 2 weeks! and they say to drink this diet mix (8oz)6-8 times in a day .Do they mean 8oz* 6 times or what.Anyone know more about this please help & I don’t want information or links to colon cleansing please :)
but is the liquid the only thing that am allowed to have?

Ok so i did a acne free in 3 days. It worked wonders for me, My face looks clear now and i barely have acne breakouts. Only those small pimples that u can barely see. My cystic acne is gone to. Nothing ever worked for me then doing the apple fast for 3 days. I suffered with severe acne for couple years already. I found this ebook i got it for free and i did everything that the guy sayed on it. Eating apples on for 3 days, drinking sh*t loads of water and doing enemas. So yeah my skin looks really good. Even scars faded after i did the clease. So i finally understand why i was getting acne for all of those years, its because of the toxins. For years i was putting that benzoyl peroxide crap on my face witch helped but still acne was just appearing and appearing everyday. I even changed my diet. That only helped little bit but when i finally did the apple fast my acne improved 95 percent. I barely get any breakouts. I still want to get rid of those toxins in my body again. I did the apple fast and allot of toxins came out from my body. Is there any good cheap colon cleanse products to clean out the toxins. I don’t want to do the apple fast again because i am a body builder and i dont want to lose muscles and plus i cant stand apples anymore cuz i had to eat sh*t loads of them for 3 days but it was worth it and the other thing it says he cured his acne in 3 days, it didn’t cure my acne in 3 days but it improved it by 95 percent. I still get little acne because i think i didn’t remove all the toxins. So is there any other ways that u can remove toxins from the body.

My sister is 19 yrs old, and a couple months ago she, out of the blue, starts complaining about sharp abdominal pain. So we take her to the emergency room, and they run tests, and all they can tell us is that her colon was much bigger for some unknown reason, they say its probably gas. So we conclude that the cause is probably Soda, so we eliminate it from her diet and she never had the issue again. Then yesterday, all she had was probably a couple sips of Soda, and the pain has come back. So we are planning to take her to a doctor, as we suspect its the same colon problem. I was just wondering if anyone maybe as an idea as to what the cause is? This has only happened twice in her life, and she never used to have a problem with Soda before. This reaction just suddenly popped up.
Also, the Soda is the only common link we can find between the two occasions.

Any help would be appreciated, thank u very much!

A few years ago I had a tubal ligation, shortly after that I developed mild constipation. Now it is to the chronic stage: severe bloating/swelling and tender/hardened abdomin. It’s worse right before my period, but when it flares up it can last for up to 2 weeks before I use a colon cleansing product to give me some relief. Most of the time it feels like there is a knot/bump in my lower right side. I thought one of the triggers was eating beef, but now I don’t know. In January I had an OB/GYN go in again and see if there was something there (scar tissue or a nicked bowel from the previous surgery). Needless to say he said everything looked great. But before surgery one of the nurses asked me if I had trouble digesting proteins… I said no at first, but that question stuck with me and I think I have to answer yes now. Does anyone share something similar or know of someone who can help?

I’m going to go on a water detox. I’ll drink nothing but water for the next 5 days. It’s just to cleanse my colon (I heard that lots of people have parasites there, so I’m trying to "clean out"), and to flush out toxins. I’m NOT doing this for weight loss though. I don’t plan on doing heavy exercise. I’m just going to take my dog on his normal 20 minute walk around the block everyday. ***Is it possible that I will pass out (that’s what I’m worried about.)*** Other than that, I WILL do the detox no matter what. (and don’t tell me this isn’t safe or anything. Every doctor has their own opinion on it. And you have your own.)

I was wondering if the Acai berry and the Colon cleanse together work?
Iv always had troubles losing weight and after i have my baby i dont think it will be any easier.

I’m looking for a way to cleanse and detox, preferably the natural way. I cannot afford a detox kit at this time but if I need to get one, I hopefully can next week.

I’m very clogged up, I havent been able to get regular after an antibiotic in December and now its left me uncomfortably bloated. I had an ultrasound done inside the girly parts but it was discovered my discomfort source is a full colon.

I just downed some apple cider vinegar, but I don’t really know anyone that has been effective for (only my mom has tried it and she wont stick with it) but I am willing to try it as its all I have. I’ve got some Celestial Seasonings Tummy Mint tea, and I think some Pukka(?) tea meant for detoxing and cleansing that I will try (I was looking for tea with fennel and found these, I’ve also got 2 packets of a different tea with fennel I’m going to try later today). If someone has any experience with these teas or another for cleansing, let me know.

I had violent pain the one time I used a laxative so I’m not very keen on trying that again, so any suggestions for good natural/organic products would be helpful, thanks.

so im on my second day of the lemonade diet and apparently i’ve lost ten pounds already? i had my mom step on the scale to make sure the scale was right because she knows exactly what her weight was and the scale was right.
but i didnt exactly go on the diet to lose weight, really just to clean out all the toxins in my body and colon but lost ten pounds..in two days. not normal… i mean i know its not a big deal because its probably all water weight and will come right back but water weight is never that much weight and i read about how people usually lose 20 pounds max on the 10 day diet. but i wanted to go on it for exactly 2 weeks but if i already lost this much, will i lose a lot more staying on it for that long… now i dont know if i should stay on it for that long.
any suggestions?

Hello

I had a baby in jan and eat unhealthy foods all the time. partly because thats all that avail for me to eat at work. so im going to try to at least clear out the house and start cooking healthier for my family.

I would like to find a cheap detox system. I’m always tired and have aches and pains and headaches and I think maybe trying to clear out all the bad things in my system would help.

I’m not looking to lose weight i just want to feel and be healthier i dont know if i should take a colon cleanse or if i should try those foot pads.

please help i need a way to jump start a new healthy life!

Raw detox, Colon cleanse and Fast ?

i have gained some unwanted weight and am looking to lose around 15 pounds over the next three months. i work out on a daily basis, switching from upper and lower body, and cardio, every other day. i also stay away from carbs and drink lots of water. mostly i eat scrambled eggs, fruit, salad, and grilled chicken breasts. i have just begun taking an acai berry and colon cleanse product i purchased at the local CVS pharmacy, and i was wondering if these products along with my exercise and diet will help me lose the weight i need to lose by August? what exactly does the acai and colon cleanse do? and how long after i start taking them should i see results?

After staying this weekend at a hotel with my parents I actually got an idea of how little I "go to the bathroom." In fact, I went at least 4 days without. I remember years ago discussing it with friends and just laughing it off but when I actually stopped and thought about how unnatural that seems it got me thinking. Since I was staying in a hotel our food options were limited so don’t judge.. From friday-monday I had Burger King (Breakfast), American Cafe, Ruby Tuesdays, Outback, McDonald’s, Sonic, and finally some Dunkin Donuts. I usually eat out a lot and a lot of fast food but that much in one weekend is surprisingly odd even for me. So I thought, wow where am I storing all this food since it’s not exiting?

Also I weighed myself Friday morning at was 104.8 and this morning I was somehow 102.8. I still can’t make sense of how I can weigh less when having added so much and never "removed" any of it.

Finally, I also got a little education on the colon and how mucous can be built up to even a half an inch if you’re an unhealthy eater. Which I definitely am and have been eating fast food regularly for 19 years. So, I was looking for a little more information on my colon. I also read in a book I purchased that a colon cleanse can shed 5-20 lbs of fat. Obviously that appealed to me cause it seemed like a simple solution to my recent and random weight gain. Is it possible that I’m "clogged," so to speak, and that would explain why I’m gaining weight all of a sudden when my diet hasn’t changed. Or am I just looking for an easy way out of my situation?

Like I said, gross but serious questions. Sorry it’s so long!

Someone very dear to me has just had a foot of their colon removed with a large tumor and 15 of 18 of the surrounding lymphs showed positive for cancer from the pathology report, now the suggested treatment is 6 months of chemo, 3 days in a row (port surgically implanted) every other week. I have no idea what other kinds of treatments there are, i am just so worried about this regiment, and how hard it is going to be, has anyone gone through this that can help me? I want to know more about the subject so that i can help my loved one through this and help make sure this is the right decision on the chemo. Does chemo make you extremely ill? ANY insight will be much appreciated….

Height:5ft 5inches or 5ft 6inches

I’ve already been jogging at least thirty minutes aday, stretching, drinking 8bottles of water a day at least, dancin a bit, etc. and still haven’t seen any results it’s been two months. so I was wandering if there are any diet pills out there that work.

Or any pills that help clean your colon or wahtever or loose any water weight you have.

**My goal is 120lbs or 115**
I’ve been eating fruit like 5-7times a day and veggies 1-3times a day.

i’ve heard "rumors" about the acai berry and colon cleanse diets "works"… but i really want to loose about 45 lbs in two months max. im 21 yrs old and weighing about 170, i’ve just had a baby and im a full time student and worker.. does anyone have ANY helpful advice? That would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

I was just looking for people to suggest the best home remedies for colon cleansing to relieve chronic constipation and bloated stomach. I am not in it to loose weight, I am 6’2 190lbs, perfectly normal, and all the website I looked for only recommended some miracle product or the other (OxyPowder, Natra Pure and such).
So I was just wondering, what natural remedies are out there, and if you don’t know a home remedy, and have tried a certain product, please mention that and also if a small review of how it worked for you.

Thanks

PS, I eat quite a lot of fast food, about 2 times a week, but other than that, I have a healthy diet and drink a lot of water and work out regularly.

I just bought the CVS 14 day colon cleanse. I have no idea what to excpet. I’m 21 years old, im not doing it to loose weight. Im doing it because i have felt really bloated for the past few months. I think its because of my birth control. it makes me constipated too (sorry TMI, i know)

I thought this would help just clean me out. I’ve also just started a new diet, non dairy, no caffiene. and I wanted to start out fresh. Reset my system.

what should i expect, am I going to be pooing myself uncontrollably or what?? lol

I have been doing a lot of research on the so called "Mucoid Plaque" to find out how valid the claim is. All the answers all seem so black and white. We’ve got Doctors on both sides of the spectrum. Some argue that there is mucoid plaque and that it is very dangerous to have inside of us while others totally dismiss any possibility of it. It seems like either way, someone is trying to make money off of us. I really want to know what people think and if there are any Doctors (Naturopath or Modern) out there that have any advice, input, etc. I am thinking about doing a colon cleanse but keep reading about how dangerous these cleanses can be. I have also heard from people who have the mucoid plaque without being on a cleanse or fiber, etc. How does one explain that? I am neutral right now, I just want more opinions before I decide to do a cleanse or not. Logic tells me that mucoid plaque would exist in the "western diet", but I really have no idea. Either way, is it best to take my chances by not having a cleanse or to be safe than sorry and go with a cleanse?
(FYI, I eat really healthy and exercise regularly and find myself plugged up and bloated all the time. I have tried everything short of a cleanse)

Now I know the results may not last long or this product may not even work, but I bought it and thought I’d give it a shot. I take one extreme fat burner pill in the morning and afternoon (2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon if I want to see dramatic results)… I also got a supply of their Colon Cleanse pills… does it matter when I take these pills (1 a day with Extreme Fat Burner)?

Recently I just fell upon detoxing on the internet.

I’m really looking to do a full body detox for all the health benefits, because I REALLY believe my body needs it considering all the symptoms that I have for just a parasite detox alone.

I wanted to do this:
Parasite Cleanse
Kidney Cleanse
Colon Cleanse
Liver Cleanse

I found a kit on ebay that is priced at for a full body detox, but I’m unsure if that is too much.

Could you possibly give me some general prices that you have spent on your detoxes, whether it be just one or all of them, and a list of the ingredients you purchased.

For the parasite detox, it’s generally black wallnut husk, wormwood, and cloves, but i want to see what you have purchased other detoxes.

This would be my first time so I’m trying to go for a decent deal without having to hastle in purchasing all the sorts of capsuls & herbs if I can avoid it by buying a kit.
I’m trying to do this to clean my body out, not just "diet" like many of you may think.

I wouldn’t have asked this if I wanted to go on a diet.

Hi, I am a 16 female and I really want to try the colon cleanse and acai berry together and see if I lose weight. Has anyone my age-ish tried this diet and found that it works? Or doesn’t? I am 150 pound and want to lose about 15-20. Also, do you know any places that sell them both in Melbourne and how much they are? Also, if you lost weight, how much and in what amount of time? Thanks :)
these are the products i wanted to try, just not buy over the internet.

I know there are many different brands, so please include that name of the one you tried.

What did they really do for you?
Did you just go to the bathroom a lot? If so, was it so much that it was a problem in daily life?
Did you have stomach cramps?
Did it cause diarrhea or nausea?
Did you really pass anything weird like in some of the photos they have at the sites?
Did you feel better? If so, was it within a few days or immediately?
How long did you take it?
How did you feel when you stopped taking it?
Did you change your diet with it and if so, was it a diet plan?
Do you have any health problems like I.B.S. or spastic colon or chronic bloating or chronic constipation and how did it affect you?

Please include everything you can think of. I’m not really interested in these for weight loss, though that would be a benefit, but to see if any of them improve how I feel overall.

Thanks to everyone that replies with a good, honest, helpful answer.

what is a good colon cleanse that actually works? i know that there is like a hollywood 15 day detox and like 100 of others …. ?? help
PLEASE no rude answers if you dont know then dont answer. Thank you :)

Like a lot of people, I’m currently not happy with my appearance and weight. I’ve been seeing ads for acai berry and colon cleanse lately, and I was wondering if, with a healthy diet, this could help me lose weight? I know exercise is another option, but I don’t have time to fit it in. And I’m not just saying that. I hardly have time to sleep at night.

Thanks in advance for answering my question =]
Thanks. And I know diet and exercise is the healthiest way to lose weight, but with my hectic schedule I don’t have time to exercise.

I am currently 5’4, 21 years old and i weight around 128 lbs. I want to start doing an intense weight loss routine, that contains dieting, cardiovascular and weight training to lose weight/tone my body. I just want to know whats the best way to kick it off?
Such as
colon cleanse?
body detox?
CLA supplements?

Anything like that to boost the beginning of my workout?
