I’m a little desperate here because Ive tried every possible diet just to lose some 10-15 pounds and nothing has worked. I’m exercising and just eating healthily right now because I don’t know what else to do. I’ve suffered from constipation my entire life and I think it could be a factor, so im thinking about trying a detoxifying diet, but I wanted to know your experiences with them and how do they work. I’ve read about people achieving results with a Colon Cleanser and Acai Berry. I think my body could be full of toxins because I go to the bathroom like 2 times a week (i know, thats bad). I just bought this colon cleanser called almighty cleanse and I was wondering if anyone out there has tried it. I am supposed to take these pills every day and drink a powder drink 5 times a day. the drink is horrible. but on the infomercial, they said it was like a roto rooter to your bowels. I want to know if it is going to be worth my 90 dollars and worth the horrible taste of the drink. Anyone who has tried this please answer me.

I read this article about an Acai Berry Diet with the use of a colon cleanser that had an outcome of a 2 week weight loss of 25 pounds. It sounds a little fishy so Ive decided to get a second (or maybe 3rd, 4th and 5th) opinion on it.
