I am Current 5’11 155 I have been taking Acaiberry detox and colon cleanser, to trim down on my stomach fat. I still have 24 pills of each and im wondering if i should finish those two sets of pills before i start taking supplements like black powder. I had been running frequently but i noticed that i wasn’t gaining any weight on the pills because obviously they are weight loss pills, i notice that i loose a little bit of my stomach fat but im not sure if what i am doing is correct. If you have any tips or suggestions let me know. What im thinking is should i just tone down not gain any weight keep running and finish off the detox pills so i can practically elimate all my stomach fat and then start taking black powder. Im confused help haha
They just can’t seem to stay on the topic. I ask a specific question and get answers that have no bearing at all on the question. IDIOTS! I want to know how many days it take to flush the solids out of my digestive tract if I go on a liquid diet. I don’t want to know about dieting or what brand of colon cleanser to buy.
I heard its a great way to detox your body and a good colon cleanser…I would like to know if anyone knows if there is a store you can buy this product instead of online.
I have to have a colonoscopy in a week. My doctor said to purchase a bowel cleanser from my local drugstore. Can anyone recommend a good colon cleanser that will empty my bowels? What have you taken prior to having a colonoscopy?
K so I am 6 foot tall and 2 inches and weight 225 and am fairly big in the stomach and chest areas. I would like to get down to 200 by the end of August and I just need to know if what I am doing will work.
Power Walk up hill everyday (200 calories) for 30 min
Swim (laps and few workouts) at least 3 times a week
bicep curls (2-4-6-8-10-10-8-6-4-2) 12 pound every other day (Every week increase by 2)
Chest curls (works pecs) (same as above) the problem is that my pectoral muscles are already as big as I want them and so I don’t want to increase them anymore then they are, I just want to loose the fat around it
5 Stomach vacuums (30 sec first 2 weeks then 45, then 60, etc…)
Food I have a big meal between 1000-1500 calories in the morning after my workout and then a 100 calorie protein shake for lunch and dinner and for dinner I add some kind of vegetable and protein.
8-10 bottles of water
Colon cleanser for a month as well
I have already been doing it for a week and I can do the diet this way because it doesn’t have me eating more than once so if I over eat a little for my meal it doesn’t hurt me and then I do not snack because I am not hungry and by keeping busy I am not bored and snack.
Please let me know if you think this will work and healthy I know it is not the best thing a person can do diet wise but it works for me and I am getting all or most of the nutrients I need. Thanks
Also I am a male and I need about 2500 calories a day to maintain my weight with light activity.
Question: Theoretically, I eat 1000 calories for breakfast and theoretically it all turns to fat, which I believe doesn’t happen because I eat after my workout and so my metabolism is high and my body uses that quicker than it can turn to fat. Correct? I know the starvation mode lowers metabolism and turns everything into fat. But if I eat 1500 calories in a day but need like 2000 I am still burning 500 calories a day of fat. And yes I know bicep curls don’t burn fat. Am I correct or do I now know what I am talking about?
OK so I know this isn’t the best way to do this and I know that after I loose the weight I will struggle keeping it off which is why I will start the normal 4 meals a day but here is the deal the reason I am doing this is because it is combating my main problem that when I eat I eat whats on my plate and 1000 calories is not that big of a meal I mean most entres at restaurants exceed 1000 calories. And it isn’t like I am eating crap all I am doing is eating what I would normally have for dinner. For example this morning I had a piece of lasagna, garlic bread, and some salad. Tomorrow I will have chicken, salad, and corn. I always have eaten healthy dinner (which is what I am eating now just in the morning) it was just the other times that I struggles. And it isn’t like I don’t eat all day I have a protein shake for lunch and then for dinner I usually have another shake, turkey or chicken and a fruit or vegetable. As for the starvation mode here is my question.
and it isn’t a protein shake thats just what I call it but its not. Its got most of the vitamins that you hear about and with my balanced meal for the rest of the day there is no reason I shouldn’t get the vitamins I used to get. All I am doing is cutting out the junk I ate with my lunches and the snacks I would have throughout the day the healthy things are staying
so everyone is talking about the acai berry diet. ive seen the juice in the store or the pills. all the websites and everything says to take acai berry and a colon cleanser. but has anyone ever taken it and lost weight by actually doing it? and if so, what exactly did u take and where did u get it? my husband says that all those free trial things are fakes and that if i want to try something like that then i should go to a store myself and purchase it. im trying to find a way to help me lose weight with exercissing and eating healthy but maybe a little more help too becau
I just bought I bottle of Acai Berry Juice and colon cleanser and since sat DEC20 I’ve lost 3lbs it is now Tues Dec 23 …I cant believe it!!!! Lets start be saying im 25, female, 2 kids, 5’5, 148lbs. I wear a size 3 or 5 in jeans depending on the make. All my extra fat is above my waist line, and in my face too. I have a lot of fat hanging from on stomach. I bought the ab circle pro last night but also wanted a diet plan but having a hard time choosing one. I have a goal of losing 35 pounds. I have been walking 2.5 miles in 30 mins a day for almost 3 months and have seen no results from that other than energy. I have also thought about using the acui berry and colon cleanser. I just got off of a 10 day colon cleanser, about 4 days ago. I was wondering if there is a waiting period. I plan on the diet for 14 days. I just want to know if its safe to go on it after already have doing a colon cleanser, that did not work.

I have been feeling tired and sluggish, having allergy problems, as well as skin breakouts so I am going to try to detox and get a colon cleanser. after two semesters of caffeine, fast food, no sleep, work and school, I think it would be a spectacular idea. I’m 16 years old and I weigh over 225 lbs. I’m 5"3 and I’m wondering if there is something like under aged liposuction or something I can do. I cannot diet because diets require running and exercise and I have a bad tailbone so I cannot do anything that requires movement below the hips faster than a walk. Sitting down even hurts so I need a different way. I know that under aged lipo is dangerous, but I’ve gone so far over my weight that I can’t bare to see myself anymore. I have been on other weight loss things from Jenny Craig’s, Health watchers, Acai Berry, Colon Cleanser, Nutri System, Some older pills I can’t remember, actually I’ve tried almost every kind of pill for weight loss, I even tried drinking lots of water, and nothing. Everything I do increases weight. It’s slightly hereditary and I do undergo a lot of stress, but it’s getting out of control. I wont do gastric bypass EVER! That is even more dangerous I think. What can I do? I need to lose the weight before I get too high. I gain more and more each week and I don’t change anything I do. I eat under 1400 calories and I am always up and walking daily because of school. I can”t even fit in any of my clothes anymore which are extra larges. And I have to wear huge sweat pants since I can’t fit in ANY jeans anymore…

Well, I am trying to bring my weight down and I am trying to eat healthy and exercise but I also heard that doing a colon cleanser is a good way to get started and to shed of a couple lbs right of the bat. I’m also feeling tired and not so energetic which I thought exercise would help with but it hasn’t so much. I feel I just need a complete body detox or something. I’ve been seeing it advertised as a dual diet kinda thing where you have the combination of the acai pill and the colon cleanser. Because the pills are so expense I think next month I’m going to get the liquid form at GNC. It’s cheaper and you get more mg of the acai berry.

I know I look like a lard arse on the video but actually at this time last year I was 190..so I’m down to 169 now..was down to 158 until halloween all the way through christmas. All that eating, oh my gosh. So now I’m just trying to get back on track. Most of the weight I lost from eating healthy and working out which I’m continuing to do, but wanted to take the acai not only to lose it faster, but for the health benefits. Heart disease runs in my family. My mom died at 38 of a massive heart attack and my cholesterol is a little high. I read acai helps with that, sounds like a wonderful healthy supplement if not just for the health benefits.

I am starting a a new diet plan, incorperating the Acai berry supplement. I didn’t get the colon cleanse to pair with it, just because at the time of purchase, I didn’t have enough money. My question is, that the diet I’m doing is to not go over 10g of fat per day and monitor the calorie, protein and fat intake per day. As well as start up with Martial Arts again for my daily exercise. Is this a good plan? Should I get the colon cleanser as well? My fiance is on deployment right now and should be returning home sometime in June and I want to look (and feel) great for his home comming. How much should I expect to lose by then (with keeping up on this plan anyay). Any tips and advice would be great!

I already eat practically a perfect diet, consisting of mainly fruits, veggies, nuts, beans, whole grains, and probiotics. I also exercise, however, I’m still not as thin as I’d like to be. Would purchasing a quality colon cleanser from Whole Foods do the trick? I also want to start drinking prune juice regularly. How effective are colon cleansers? What was your experience with them?

Im 16 years old and have been chronically constipated for almost a year. I think its mainly my diet. My parents always go out eating at restaurants and I dont go, and they usually get me FAST FOOD. Or they will cook tv dinners. Ive tried excersising but I get discussed about my weight and sometiems i fine it doesnt work. I know im probably not getting enough fiber. I have to take milk of magnesia to relieve it. Sometimes ill poo but itll come out hard or medium sized plops. Or ill start feeling heavy or fatique or cant think straight. After I take milk of magnesia to get the guck out I feel better.
