Has anyone out there tried the acai berry & colon cleanse diet? I’m not talking about the FREE TRIAL offer you can get online or ANYTHING you have to order (and possibly get scammed with). I’m talking about, has anyone ever walked in to their local GNC or other health & nutrition stores and purchased some colon cleanse pills and acai berry extract juice and tried it to see if you’d lose weight? Did it work?
I was considering buying this 32 ounce bottle of acai berry juice that I saw at GNC and combining it with a colon cleanser I saw there. The problem is, the juice is around .00 and that’s pretty steep for me. I’d do it in a second if I honestly thought it would really work. There’s GOT TO BE someone out there who has tried doing this yourselves. I’m desperate for some serious weight loss help.
On july 6 i started a parasite colon cleanser at 1 in the afternoon. Now it is 7 in the afternoon on July 7th and I havent had a bowel movement yet. This is way different than what im used too. Is the cleanser working its magic or its something else that is happening. Also should i be taking mutlivitamins while doing this cleanse.
Also i have been feeling some type of pain in the abdomen like thumping or sumthing. Is this also normal?

I’m looking into doing detox, but I’m not sure which is more effective, the 7-day detox pills or the daily colon cleanse pill. If I do the 7-day detox pills, how often should I do it, twice a month, once a month? If I do the colon cleanser pill, is it safe to take it everyday, every other day, once a week?
i was watching oprah the other day and heard about the acai berry and how when used with a colon cleanser it helps me to loose weight…is that true?

I’m a little desperate here because Ive tried every possible diet just to lose some 10-15 pounds and nothing has worked. I’m exercising and just eating healthily right now because I don’t know what else to do. I’ve suffered from constipation my entire life and I think it could be a factor, so im thinking about trying a detoxifying diet, but I wanted to know your experiences with them and how do they work. I just bought this colon cleanser called almighty cleanse and I was wondering if anyone out there has tried it. I am supposed to take these pills every day and drink a powder drink 5 times a day. the drink is horrible. but on the infomercial, they said it was like a roto rooter to your bowels.
