I want to do a colon/body detox, (not so much the diet kind, but the kind that you drink something and it flushes out toxins). But my concern is i am on Adderall (20mgs extended release), so i’m wondering is that safe?

and i was wondering if anyone had this and had any tips on dealing with the pain
here are my symptons my doctor said its different for everyone but this is just to much pain for me
1.loss of blood from using the bathroom so much
2.4-6 bouts of diareah a day
3. horrible abdominal pains
4. even worse stomache cramps
now i will explain exactly what is wrong with me
ulcertive coloitis is ulcers on my colon i have them on my ascending and descending or something i faint alot because of the blood loss and im going to be taking iron pills very shortly i also take an enema every night to heal the ulcers that are in the lower part sof my colon which is way nasty ok im done complaing how do people eat when they have this i.e. tips on a good nutrious diet ways to stop myself from fainting and how to stop or control the pain while im at school or at work or meetings and also how to relieve the stomache cramps that are so painful

hi, i just have a question regarding fiber and bowel movement. im not constipated or anything like that but i would just like to increase my bowel movements in order to cleanse out my colon and lose a few pounds. people always say eat prunes and fruit or vegetables in general, but this has never helped me. does anybody know of something i could take or eat that isnt a laxative, cause id like to do this naturally. anyone know of anything? thanks.

I’ve been hearing ALOT about various colon cleanse products. Some seem legit others..not so much. Butt ; ) the concept does seem to make alot of sense and is something I’d like to try.
I have a pretty sensible and healthy diet, drink lots of water, exercise butt can’t seem to lose these last few lbs around my stomach. I can honestly say I’ve never been one of those people who "go" everyday but lately I feel rather bloated (look it too) and uncomfortable.
Would something like Activia be just as good to help me "empty out" and possibly lose some of my bloated belly. But I also do really like the idea of ridding myself of toxins…so that’s why I thought a cleanse might be better. I’ve heard alot of good about Colonx by Dr Natura..but again is their one that can be bought @ an actual nutrition store?

Eli..did I not state I already DO have a sensible diet? Better than most as in I drink lots of water, try buying organic products, stay away from hormones or processed foods….you sound a BIT like a bogus poster as in I also stated no one pushing products. Some of thos eso called "free trials" get you sucked into an auto shipment that bill you upwards or or more per month. SO NOT what I’m looking for.

These products are promoted through spam emails as weight loss products and mostly contain herbs and act as mild laxatives, but are there any true products that could help to cleanse your body and available without a prescription?

I am on day 7 of the internal colon cleanse; two capsules in the morning & two capsules in the evening. Yesterday I began to feel gas pain & bloating and was nauseated to my stomach and found myself running to the bathroom several times during the course of the day & these symptoms have continued over-night and into today. Is this a normal effect of these cleansers? Is that just the cleanser doing its job? I should add that the first 5 days of taking the celanser I had a very bad cold & felt extemely fatigued. While I was sick, I didn’t have much of an appitite or much bowel movement until the cold subsided.

I had to have a colonoscopy and they gave me this drink called fleet phosphorus soda…anyways it made me poo until it was clear, towards the end, I pooed a LOT of seedy stuff and popcorn kernals…gross and TMI, but could that of been crap that has been hanging out in my colon for a long time?

I started taking 3 diet pills. one of the is a colon cleanse. the others just support fat loss. But I’ve been on the colon cleanse and its made me feel worse. I had very bad diarrhea, and sometime I have no control over my bowel movements. I have to go at least 6 or 7 times a day. Ive been on it for a week, and i expected to feel better after a few days because ive always had some stomach troubles…what does it mean, if my digestive system has gotten worse?

I have been diagnosed with a large 4 cm x 2 cm mass and another 2 cm x 3 cm mass in my left breast. In addition, they have found one that is 6 cm x 5 cm on my colon? This seem very large to be cancer. Is there another disease that could cause such large rapid growing masses?

My brother is experiencing a dull discomfort down where his colon would be. He does not have health insurance and reluctant to go to a Dr. to have it checked out.
