I have an incredible burning in the butt and it is sooo sore .
Sometimes the pain is after I have gone to the bathroom say a couple hours? PLease if anyone knows of a cure or quick fix, pleaseeee let me know. Also would like to know if vaseline will help it at all or give me some relief?

i have been having some lower back pain…minor, and also some minor feelings near the base of my tailbone at the left side of the top of my butt crack…sometimes when i pass gas it sounds different than it usually does. i am expecting a loud sound and a small sound comes out. please help. also, I have never seen any blood in my stool, but sometimes get constipated..but who doesnt?? sometimes reading about this stuff online makes your worrying so much worse

I am 34 weeks, and yesterday I woke up and was having contractions with very painful rectal pressure during them. I had a doctors appointment yesterday and told him and her was going to check me, but found something down there and didn’t want to check me, incase it could cause in infection. So he wrote me a prescribtion for some meds. that I have to take til I deliever. Well I continued to have the rectal pain all day yesterday. When I got home form the doctor, I took two stool softners, to see if that was the problem, well about 9:30 last night I was in the bathroom. I got up this morning and I still have the pain, when it comes on, I can’t still on my butt or if I am standing, I double over in pain and can’t walk. I have tryed to go to the bathroom but nothing comes out (sorry if TMI)

What do ya’ll think is going on…is it just a very bad case of constapation or what? This is my 3rd child but was induced early with those at 35 weeks, and never had this til it was time to push!

Ok, so i’ve been seeing a doc and I’m thinking I need to change docs or maybe go to a male doc instead. I’ve had some minor rectal pain and testicular pain at the same time. My ejaculations seem a little less than normal these past few months. After ejaculation i feel almost like a sharp pain or ache between my legs. I’ve had blood and urine tests come back normal. Been poked up the butt 3 times and told i’m normal. Testicular ultrasound normal. The doc said she could prescribe antibiotics even though I seem normal but suggested maybe I see a therapist!?!?!?!?! i’m offended. i know its not psychological. I can feel it! but she said we can’t find anything. time to get a second opinion from a male doc maybe?

I went to the hospital yesterday because I was pooping out large amounts of blood. The guy there checked me out and said it was most likely an internal hemorrhoid. He assigned me to make an appointment with a specialist. He also prescribed me with some stool softener. I took the stool softener about 11 hours ago.

OK…Now I’m trying to poop. I’m still pooping out alot of blood and it feels like there’s a knife stabbing me in the right side of my butt. I really try to poop but the pain is horrible. It’s hurt for over a year, but now it’s worse.

Yesterday, when the guy checked me, he said that he couldn’t see anything that was in the beginning parts of the hole and wants the specialist to look further in..

Should I go back to the hospital?
It’s killing me.

I probably wont have the appointment with the specialist for another week. I dont know if I can hold it that long.

Me and my brother were shooting .22 rifles and my dog ran behind the targets and got shot through the ass. We put neosporin on the entrance and exit wound. The vet’s office i closed on the weekend, so how do i tell if i didn’t hit her intestines or colon?

I used to eat meat ok? I used to eat a lot of pork, but now I am vegetarian. I noticed my butt was itching a lot and I found out that it is a product of worms. Keep in mind I take two showers daily and I am very clean with my body. How do I get ride of them?

Okay so its been since Feb 20th my three year old son has been screaming out in pain and Ive been to the ER and two doctors and not finding any answers? His symptoms are something I cant even find on google, when hes about to use number 2 he starts screaming and his whole body shakes because hes in so much pain, his stools are enormously big, there is no bleeding or anything like that, he runs to the couch or bed and says hes cold while hes in pain,one dr did a blood test results must be fine because they said they would call me, even though im going to call in the am to make sure. Anyone have any idea whats going on?? When he cries out I ask him whats wrong and he says my butt hurts and his back hurts?? Doctors are not taking this seriously?!! Help

im 20 weeks for th epast month i have been having this shooting pain in my butt like they just come out of nowhere its not that i need to go to the bathroom already tried that and ive been having REALLY bad cramps almost menstral cramps worse then when i had my period so im wondering what is this about its not so pain full i could die its just annoying and somewhat painfull

About 2 weeks ago we started potty training not successful with the bowel movements,he had held his stool in for days and when he finally decided to go he would push out huge rock stools and since then hes been fussy complaining about his butt hurting, he also has a horrible rash on his leg and stomach,im so stressed Ive taken him to two doctors and they just told me to give him suppositories,I just don’t know why he yells out in pain even when hes not having a bowel movement,what could cause his butt to hurt? I looked there is not any tears/bleeding im confused and upset because I cant help him,its affection our lives because hes soo fussy and we don’t know how to comfort him,they also say his rash is called rosacea but it keeps spreading and seems to be getting worse, I just need some advice..

Alright, I’m an adolescent guy. (13). I have been having an irritated rectum for a few days (like 5). It was and still is, itchy. Today, I went to the bathroom and wiped my butt to remove the itch, but then there was blood on the toilet paper. I was at school, but when I got home, I asked my mom. She went to sleep w/o helping, so now, I just found blood again. It is only small amounts, I am not going to bleed to death, but I just wanted to know if anything is suggested. I used Vaseline which removed itchiness until I had to "pass stool" we shall say. As soon as the Vaseline was removed, the pain returned and was worse.
Yes, I am 13. I just love english. I looked up the symptoms for the reasons you gave me and mine do not match. There is a very small ammount of blood.

Oh! And before anyone says just exercise.. I exercise my butt off!!! 1 hour jogs 5 days/wk, 10 minutes on ab circle pro (which i soo recommend) and weights etc… Just need a little other boost as exercise and good eating is not getting the extra kgs off!!!

Hi, I am eleven years old and have a pretty good health history and I don’t get sick very often. I didn’t pass bowel movements for a week or so, and I told my mom. A day later I finally went just a tiny bit. It’s been three days since I’ve passed a bowel. Finally, just now, I went. This is gross, but I couldn’t go so I stuck toilet paper on my finger and put it up my anus. I took it out and there was a big amount of blood. I repeated the process and showed my mom. Then, I went a couple pebbles of bowel movement, and there was blood. She said she wasn’t too concerned. I kept trying to go and it was painful. I don’t think I got all my bowel out, but now my anus feels really swollen and it really hurts. It almost feels like it’s "tight." There was also some dark mucus in my bowel. I didn’t eat anything out of the ordinary. I looked at my butt on the inside in the mirror and there are three giant red swollen lumps inside. My mom said they are hemorrhoids and was puzzled because she never heard of a child getting one. She bought me some cream but i’m still on the toilet for hours and hours in bouts of pain. I have anxiety and don’t feel comfortable with a doctor looking in there. I got pepto bismol, stool softener medicine, cream, and an enema. I used the enema and it really stung. All that came out was the enema, and it looked like my butt was urinating. It also burned. I just went and a gallon of mucus came out. What should I do? Could it be something other then a hemorrhoid? What could it be?

I gave birth to my second child in June of 2007. Throughout the whole pregnancy I was constipated. I still feel that way. The second part to the question is….I have worked my butt off. I have done diet after diet and I have been working out and I can’t lose the weight. Will a colon cleansing help me lose some of the weight and help me to not feel so constipated. And does anyone have any good ideas on how to lose weight even though I have tried really hard. Please help me!

Over the course of weeks, I like to see how long I can go without pooping. I broke my record with 42 days, but the bloating felt so strong that it was time to release some feces. I ventured into my outhouse and let it all explode out. Unfortunately, a rather big segment of my large intesting came out with it, and began dangling out of my butt. What should I do, cut it with scissors?

Lately, I feel like my colon is going to fall out through my butt! The feces is a dark brown color – not black – but, like, dark dark brown. And Im pretty sure there are some strands of tissue. I can see flecks of blood on them. Im sure of it.

Also, I find that Im constantly switching from loose to constipated. Not diarreha loose, just not really wanting to stay together, but is, by the grace of the poop god.

I got my gall bladder removed a couple months ago and have been having a shooting pain in my rectum. It starts out feeling like I have to pass gas, but it ends up just hurting for a few brief seconds. Is this normal?? Will it go away? I cant handle these butt pains at all!!! Someone tell me I am not alone!!!!

I have rectal burning. Bad. I am 35 and have been scoped in the past, I can’t tell you how many times. My diet has changed a lot b/c of cholesterol issues. Along with this I am having SEVERE bilateral hip bone pain. I don’t know what has caused this, but only a small dose of morphine stops the pain. That is temporary. It was given to me in the hospital for another reason… the morphine pills. The doctors don’t seem to give a flip about the rectal pain nor the hip pain– saying that bilateral hip bone pain isn’t common— and it will go away, but this has been going on since November. What should I do??? I am so depressed about all of this…. b/t my butt and my hips… I just am desperate. Thanks.

Today a friend was drinking stuff to clean his body. He said that an average person holds 10 pounds of crap in their intestines. He was drinking something to clean it out. Anybody know any good drinks that would clean out your intestines?

Colon cancer is right behind (no pun intended) lung cancer and heart disease as the biggest threat to your mortality. And to think you would have survived with early detection. Cheez! Okay, a little smelly but so what? Are you so stupid that you’d rather die than submit a stool sample to your family doctor? Give your butt a break or Rest in Peace.
