Suggestions for colon cleansing?

   The safest way to do it is to eat nothing except gazpacho for a week. Drink lots of water. Your colon will be as clean as a whistle, you will lose weight, and your skin will look beautiful. Leave out the oil in the gazpacho and use the freshest ingredients available.

   Recipe:

   2 or 3 cucumbers
   4 garlic cloves
   1 bell pepper
   1 small red onion
   1/4 cup red wine vinegar
   2 or 3 tomatoes
   1 bottle of sodium-free V-8 (the veggie kind)
   fresh cilantro or parsley if desired

   Chop up vegetables and blend them in batches with V-8 until chunky-smooth. You can eat as much of this as you want all day long. I dip fresh salted tortilla chips or Doritos to make it more fun, but eat this and I GUARANTEE in a week you will feel a hundred percent better. If you exercise daily, the results will be magic.
