stool stuck in intestines..?
i know it sounds gross..for the past few months i have had severe gas and bloating, i finally got fed up and went to the hospital. I got xrays and apparently i have stool stuck in my intestines everywhere even up to my rib cage. I was told to take laxitives. How do i keep this from coming back? how do i cleanse my body from all this.. should I eat nothing all day and just take the laxitives so all the gunk is cleaned out. Im am completely desperate as i have been so uncomfortable for so long. any tips on how to get this stuff out would be appreciated.. I think this started from eating a lot of fiber in my diet and not drinking enough water. I could go less then 2 glasses a day.

Sounds gross* question is gonna have to get a Sounds gross* answer…
I used to go about once every 6 weeks to two months because I had an eating disorder. After I got pregnant and HAD to eat, it made life miserable because my bowels weren’t used to processing it all. My second child has some MAJOR problems and she too was backed up to her rib cage. So, Mirilax or however you spell it (makes your stools absorb water) was a good alternative for her. As for me, I didn’t have a problem MAKING it, just getting it out.
I had to use stool softeners. Its IMPORTANT THAT YOU STAY HYDRATED because if you’re dehydrated..everything is a lot SLOWER if you know what I mean. You could also try enemas (I did and it worked but its not something I’d do all the time. I’m just a little prude with that I guess). You could also try a colon cleansing diet but make sure when you do, you find something that isn’t in a PILL FORM. Find an actual diet to go by even if its only a short period of time.
what to eat to make you GO: FIBER. LOTS OF FIBER.
things that will make it harder: fried foods, red meat, foods rich in carbohydrates. yea, that covers all the good stuff…but it’ll be worth it if you can get your body in a natural rhythm.
Idk how you dress or anything, but I do know if you wear clothes that are particularly tight around the midsection (I know tons of ppl who do that, Idk why) to a point where its cutting into you, loosen up. If you don’t, its cramping your insides, too thus only making the problem worse.
The best thing to do is to eat – keep your matabolism going.
Eat food that helps you "go".
Like tons of veggy and fruit, even drink prune juice.
Stay away from the junk food
