Should I take vitamins while on a body/colon cleanse?
I have just started a body/colon cleanse routine which simply calls for my taking 2 -3 pills in the am & pm, but I normally take a multi, super B, calcium, milk thistle (clean liver) as well as Omega 3. I noticed with the cleanse, that having 2 bowel movements pushes everything out faster. Can someone who has done this give me a reply? This is not aimed at losing weight, but ridding the body of toxins since I do take allergy meds.

If you’re doing a colon cleanse that includes the use of activated charcoal (and you shouldn’t consider a cleanse without it!) then you don’t want to take any form of medications or vitamins for at LEAST 3 hours before or after taking it because the charcoal will absorb the vitamins and medications. Try the colon cleanse found at http://www.EZColonCleanse.com this website is also a GREAT source of info. on cleansing in general, the why’s and how’s of colon cleansing. I’ve personally used this colon cleanse and recommend it highly!
Also, if you are taking vitamins in the pill form, chances are VERY high that you are simply flushing them (and the money you spent on them) right down the toilet! Try a liquid supplement like the one found at http://www.BodyBalanceforFree.com
i dont see why not.
I would still take your vitamins. Just because stuff is coming out faster doesn’t mean that your vitamins wont’ get absorbed.
Only take the vitamins. Skip the unhealthy body/colon cleanse.
Ask YOUR doctor. Some pills do not mix well with one another. I’m sure you could just give your doctors office a quick call and they would tell you. Be smart, pop a pill safe.
You should eat the healthy food ,fruits and drink water . That push the toxins away. you can at least eat the vitamins medicne have vitamins A, B and C. Omega 3 good for bone health. lossing some weight will be better for fat person.
