Severe Rectal pain for hours?? what is it?
Hello people,
After the bowel discharge, the pain starts which last for 6 to 7 hours. When I check the toilet after being done with discharging I see a lot of blood. I know it is related to constipation. When ever I take about 25 gram fiber a day, it help a little bit, but as soon as I take less than 20 gram of fiber, that makes the stool hard, and the sharp pain reoccurs. The pain is so bad that I cannot do anything. NOTHING. Whatever my plans are I just put them aside after bowel movement. I don’t study, I don’t got out, I just lay with my back facing the wall. What is it? Please help me. Thank you in advance.
Hey! I am going to see the doctor today. Then I will comeback and tell you what exactly is the problem. But what I am fearing is hopefully doctor will be able to understand/find the problem and resolve it.

Start by washing yourself very good after every dump, then sit in a tub of hot water for a time, this will soothe the hemorrhoids, this is what you have. Then go to Walmarts drug and get a large box of Preparation H and a box of suppositories, make sure you get the ointment. The follow the instructions on the box. This will help after a few days of use. Watch your diet from now on, no more pop-corn, peanuts, spicy foods, hot foods. etc. Keep a good diet. Alcohol will also trigger this.
The pain and the bleeding make me feel that you are suffering from pinched muscles in your back. when pinched they can put pressure on the nerves going to the different parts of the body making them act up and not function properly. That is going to cause some problems. If you have something pinched that is affecting you stomach area as well, this can be where the problem starts and it can be a bleeding ulcer doing this to you. All again because of pinched muscles in your back. It would be the first thing I would check and do the release for because it is the first place something could go wrong. Once you get your back released at least you are going to be sure that nothing else can be creating the pains. With the back able to do so much as far as pain it is the most logical place to start. Here is how to release it:
Back:
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but remain there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
then drink lot of water to help flush out your system.
