Rectal tenderness and minor pain, and BLOOD!?
Alright, I’m an adolescent guy. (13). I have been having an irritated rectum for a few days (like 5). It was and still is, itchy. Today, I went to the bathroom and wiped my butt to remove the itch, but then there was blood on the toilet paper. I was at school, but when I got home, I asked my mom. She went to sleep w/o helping, so now, I just found blood again. It is only small amounts, I am not going to bleed to death, but I just wanted to know if anything is suggested. I used Vaseline which removed itchiness until I had to "pass stool" we shall say. As soon as the Vaseline was removed, the pain returned and was worse.
Yes, I am 13. I just love english. I looked up the symptoms for the reasons you gave me and mine do not match. There is a very small ammount of blood.

It is most like a hemorrhoid, otherwise known as "varicose vein" of the butt. There can be lots of likely causes from sitting on the rear end too much, riding a bicycle, weight gain or loss, etc. Preparation H or another rectal cream will help. If you can’t get to the store to buy some, then run yourself a hot bath, lay in the bathtub with your feet above your head and butt for 15-20 minutes, leaving at the minimum your "butt" problem to soak in the hot water. This should help relieve the pain until you can get to the store to buy some rectal cream. If the bleeding persists, get an appointment at the doctors office.

Sounds like a hemorrhoid. They are pretty itchy and they burn and hurt when you go number 2. If the blood is bright read then it should just be bleeding form the roid but if its dark red like blackish then something might be serious. Just get some tucks pads from the store or a cream they even make a gel now …good luck
Get your mom up and have her make a Dr appoinment. Probably just irritation but bleeding can be a sign of other things. Better to be safe…

Eat more fruit and vegetables, especially the green, leafy types. then your stools will be softer and cause less problems.

Yes it sounds like hemmroids usually caused from straining when trying to use the wash room. Try takeong a warm bath and also get some cream or wipes for the irritation. It will go away just try not to strain if your haveing a hard time get a stool softner so not to irritate it anymore and also keep from repturing.

Try powder unstead of Vaseline. It’s just an anal fissure– small tear in rectum nothing to worry about
