Rectal pain with a urinarty tract infection?
I was diagnosed with a UTI after complaining of sharp pelvic/abdominal pain. I also described a throbbing/stabbing sort of pain in my rectum that gets worse when sitting and walking. The dr suggested it might just be because of the UTI but I have doubts. I can’t find anything that supports this and it is really killing me! I had some constipation and difficulty going to the bathroom for the past few days but I have gone. It is rather hard, though, but I am not stopped up. Why is it throbbing? Can I get some relief????
