The pain is somewhat severe, I’m still able to walk around, do my daily routines but it’s starting to bother me.when I walk, it hurts a little (ive gotten used to the pain), sitting, standing, bending also hurts. Theirs no blood when I wipe my a** after I take a crap, but I have to strain to get them out. any idea what it may be ?
I’m only 17 too, if that adds any information.

I would go to the doctor to be safe
Pharmacist here and I would like to help you out
I am going to guess that you have strained the sphincters around the anus. Does not sound like there have been any prolapsed to the rectum because you are not on the floor crying after a bowel movement and there is no blood. If you are straining to go to the bathroom then that is probably your problem. You have forced a few out that were hard and not soft enough to come out easily. You strained the sphincter muscles and probably irritated the sensitive lining of the anus and rectum.
The only thing that will help you is time to cure it but to help with the pain during times you have to go, take Miralax. This is an over the counter powder supplement that comes in a white and purple bottle. Use 1 capful in an 8 ounce glass of liquid twice a day for 4 days then decrease to once a day. You could probably use that for as long as you like and even forever because it is not going to hurt you. It will actually help keep you more regular and soften your stools so that this problem does not arise again.
I hope that this helps you out and good luck.
Tight muscles in your back can be pressing on the nerves as they leave the spine, going to your colon to make it cramp up so it’s hard to go. Releasing the muscles in your back would help to get rid of the problem. Here’s how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
for best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
You may have hemorrhoids. They sometimes cause pain and discomfort while walking or sitting. Check here for more information.
