Rectal pain due to really bad constipation…?
I have bad constipation. Just this morning I went. it hurt so bad but I went. I have already been to the doctor and they gave me a Fleet Enema and some laxative drink that had a lemon taste to it. Anyway, now I have really painful rectal pain. I just wanna know how long it wil last and what kind of creams or anything can I use in the process of healing?

If its internal, use anal suppositories, they are a life saver, really work. Make sure you wash your bum well, after a poo.
how did I get roped into answering this one.
lf you have outer rectal pain, it’s most likely an anal fissure from straining to go for a poo. lf you have some Sudocrem, apply some of that on the outer side regularly until it heals up and continue to take laxatives and change your diet. Add more fibre and drink lots of water.
