Rectal pain can the cause be Hemorrhoid?
Since I delivered my baby 5 months ago, I suffered from external hemorrohid but it is gone , still after I have a bowel movement I feel OK for about 15 seconds and then I feel rectal pain for about 5 minutes and then I am OK for the rest of the day , can it be internal Hemorrohid?

I had this too after I gave birth to my son. It was part of the hemorrhoid thing. The pain even sometimes went up — like a bolt of lighning, for lack of a better word. Sometimes, I couldn’t even sit down at all as it hurt then. It didnt’ last for very long but came and went.
I advice to see the doctor though for peace of mind more than anything.
This is a go to the doctor situation. It’s most likely a fissure or a fistula or an internal hemorrhoid. There are some creams, foams and suppositories your doc can give you that will help.
Yes, it can be hemorrhoids. It can also be rectal spasms which from what I’ve been told can be very painful. A relative of mine (I won’t say who for her privacy) has them and her doctor gave her low dose Valium to help, since it’s a muscle relaxer. Either way maybe you should visit your doctor to get some relief. Life is too short for pain right? Also, are your stools hard? Maybe stool softeners can help?
Hey it can also be a just Anal fissure. Its a small tear in the skin at the opening of the rectum. It is caused when a large, hard stool is passed, with excessive stretching of the anus. This problem can also occur in people whose anal sphincter tone (the muscle that controls the anal opening) is too tight and cannot relax to pass the stool.
I have this same problem and and for me it’s hemorrhoids
and anal fissures. It’s extremely painful. One thing I have done is to keep a peri anal bottle in the bathroom and when I have a bowel movement I don’t use toilet paper, I fill the bottle with warm water and spray the area really really Good and then pat dry with dry toilet paper. It really controls the spasms, but from trial and error don’t use cold water it made the spasms worse. I feel for you because that is some of the worst pain I have experienced in my life and I’ve done childbirth naturally lol. It took about 3 mos for my fissures to heal up but they come back quite frequently and when I get a deep one it causes the spasms. Good luck and I hope you get some answers soon.

Hold on for 3-4 days and don’t just run into any conclusions. Keep your anal and rectal area less noticeably problematic via the consumption of a healthy diet that may be painlessly passed. Additionally, when you get moving you get your bowels moving as well. If still the problem persists then contact a doctor.
Levator ani syndrome is a possibility. This is a syndrome that causes rectal pain due to spasm of this muscle. Studies have shown that biofeedback can help relieve
the symptoms.
If negative, you may want to consider an anoscopy, which can visualize the distal rectum better than a colonoscopy. A barium enema is another test to consider.
If everything is negative, you may want to consider anorectal ultrasound which can better evaluate the internal and external anal sphincters.
