It’s a laxative pill that will make you poop. Nothing more and nothing less. It does not clean your colon.

I bought a colon cleansing kit at Trader Joes for $12.99 I think and used it. It was a milder process and it takes two weeks. Ideally you want to fast with a colon cleanse, but I couldn’t do it, so I just ate more veggies and fruit and tried not to eat much white carbs or meat during the two weeks.
I didn’t lose weight because of it but it certainly cleaned my system out.
