At your age it is unlikely you have a prostate problem, but not completely out of the question.Colitis,prostatis are possible. My advice is to see a urologist and put your concerns to rest.It could be just a reoccurring infection. I am in my fifth year of surviving prostate cancer and there were no symtems prior to discovery. No pain. See a Doctor, you'll sleep better. It's a bad muscle cramp near the anus. Does it feel like an awful cramp down there? So bad that you are like paralyzed with pain and don't know what do to to get rid of it? Goes away in 15-25 mins and then you are fine with no other problems? If so, that is probably what it is. I used to have that when I was younger, although mine were about 1 time per month.
