Ok, I need to find the perfect “wash out” for my body!?
I use to take this bitter medicine that made me go to the bathroom a lot. But I don’t want to buy it from a store this time. It helped me pass all the the waste out of my system. And at the same time made me loose weight.
Do you know any websites,…. that will teach me some ~homemade~ weight lost drinks. That will also clean out my intestines and clear my system of anything bad.

You’re looking to clease and detox.
These do not help you and can often be harmful to your body.
I suggest to not do this and just let nature take its course. Just drink plenty of water and eat plenty of fiber and you’ll be fine.
I agree with big puffy shoes.
Drink enough liquid everyday (water, tea..) and eat enough food rich in fiber, such as fruits, vegetables, cereals (oat, quinoa..).
Nature is very smart. Let it do its work.
