Yes take it to the vet. it sound like its got worms?
LVTChick is 100% correct it isnt an emergency but is best get your kitten checked by a vet as soon as you can. It probably is worms in a kitten its quite normal and easy to treat. Kittens can get gastritis quite easily and as long as the kitten is ok and lively enough it will be fine to leave until tommorrow. Good luck
Your kitten will be fine until tomorrow. It could be a number of things but the most likely is some type of worm causing the blood in the stool. There are only 2 types of worms that you would be able to see in the stool (roundworms and tape worms) the others can only be seen under a microscope (hookworms, whipworms and coccidia). You are definitely doing the right thing by taking her to the vet! If it’s something else the vet will be able to diagnose it and treat it. I work at an emergency clinic and if I were you I definitely wouldn’t panic and I wouldn’t take her to an emergency vet unless she starts acting very lethargic. Good luck and let us know what the vet finds
