it is hard to find his lower bowel formula using organic herbs unless you make it yourself, but his student, Dr Richard Schulze, sells an excellent bowel cleanser..called intestinal 1 and intestinal #2. 97% of the people need to take both according to directions, while 3% (the people with irritable bowel syndrome and chrohns (which you do not seem to fit) take only the intestinal cleanse #2
it is sold at herbdoc.com
I strongly feel the advice to eat more dairy was very bad advice. See for yourself by a simple Google search ( i very if ever criticize someone’s advise on here but feel I must in this instance)

It is, provided you are prepared to take steps towards making your system work better. For one, diet, i.e. the foods you eat – you may need to add more fruits and veggies plus increase your fluid intake, like 8 glasses of water per day or water/other fluids to make up 8 glasses to keep your system properly lubricated. Colon cleanse will also help slough off the build up of feces on your colon and if you have gained weight in your stomach area, taking colon cleanse over time will help reduce the size since some of the "fat" is feces. So, good luck in your venture.
Try a fleets enema, if you are constipated not a colon cleanser.
Start eating Shredded Wheat Cereal, or Grape Nuts Everyday.
Some medications make you severely constipated.
okay for the constipation drink one cup of strong black coffee or start by adding more dairy products in your daily meals.. it might be best if u don’t use any more colon cleanser.. if you strain too hard you can give your self hemorrhoids when your constipated..
