Is there something I can take to reduce embarrassing bowel movements?
I was thinking about buying that Colonix detox supplement hopefully cleanse my body(?) cause I have constant bloating and its embarrassing. I also wanted to clean my ‘body’ with something. I already eat healthy and drink lots of water. Advice? I also stopped drinking milk since i’m intolerant to it. I switched to soy milk. I also been having skin problems, marks and dry skin I’m not too sure if that’s because of my stomach. I drink lots of tea too for antioxidants and eat lots of fruits and breads (wheat.)

First you have to understand that your body can be sensitive to certain foods like the gluten in wheat. Thus you must note your blood type when choosing a healthy diet. Most people are type o’s and have some degree of gluten (wheat) intolerance. Since blood type antibodies are expressed in the lining of your stomach, foods that your immune system reacts to will cause gastrointestinal problems.
You can try replacing the bread you eat with Ezekial Bread, which is a "sprouted wheat" bread that does not have the problem causing lectin in it.
You might also try eliminating the soy milk and see if that makes a difference. Get a copy of "Eat Right For Your Type" by Peter D’Adamo and check out the recommendations for your blood type.

It is important to eat good to remain healthy. Acai berry is an amazing super food that keeps you healthy and in addition has the bonus of assisting you to lose a lot of weight. There is a free trial going on right now at http://tarots.wholesalefitness.info , why not check it out, why not?
If you’re allergic to one thing, it’s pretty easy to be allergic to more. Soy is a common allergen, too. You still have almond milk (vanilla tastes pretty good) and rice milk to go through. Also add probiotics and cut the wheat for a couple weeks to see if that’s the problem. Allergy or celiac could need attention. And the dry skin could be a sign of low thyroid, which goes with allergies of all kinds. See Wilson’ Thyroid (Temperature) syndrome web pages for more info about that.
