Is there a way to colon cleanse without going to the Dr’s
Is there a way to cleanse or at least have MUCH better bowel movements without the use of doctors, special pills and wierd teas?
I mean like any normal foods/drinks or even positions….I ask this because lately I have been having sluggish bowels and constipation, but don’t want to use any medicine/pills/clinical procedures and just stick to a natural way.
No Scanner I didn’t know…what’s wrong with using straight water with an enema

Add fiber to your diet. Things like fresh fruit and vegetables, whole wheat bread, cereal with fiber.
If you read food labels, look for Dietary Fiber of 2 or more.
Metamucil also works. Add 1 TBSP to Cranberry juice every morning, and you’re in business.
Good luck
There are clinic’s that offer Colon Therapy, were you go to have a colon flush, takes about an hour and you go back up to 4 times to get rid of bacteria, parasites, toxins etc…or you can do a 7 day , juice and water diet only…juice from fresh vegetables and fruit.

By adding salt to a warm water solution you reduce the transfer of water into and out of the colon. This prevents filling your kidneys and bladder with water. It will eliminate the frequent trips needed to urinate while receiving enemas.
1 Tablespoon to every 750mls of water.
What are you eating? Increased fiber will help your bowels. You could try Metamucil. It does work and you can use it on a regular basis without damaging your insides. If you are really compacted, give yourself an enema to clean yourself out. I’m assuming you know not to use straight water. That’s a no-no. See a doctor if this continues to be a serious problem. I don’t know of any positions that will help you.
i heard that kiwi skin does it. and you can buy detoxing your body books and recipes that does it too with natural food recipes.
laxatives should only be used in a last resort manner. increase your water intake and stay active (get some exercise) adding fiber to your diet will help too. also i had tried the activia yogurt once daily and after a few days it really worked! i was amazed
if someone is impacted things like a soap suds enema will help break loose the stool, plain water will only go around the stool and come back out.
