Is my organic herbal colon cleanse working?
I have been taking an organic herbal colon cleanse for about 2wks. Now and the only thing I noticed is increased bowel movements. Nothing major like elimination of built up waste as it promises. The product is called Bromolite and it says it does all these things and I haven’t seen any. I have been eating properly and exercising, which promotes bowel movement and still nothing. Is it too soon? Am I wasting my time and should try something else? Please help! I really want to flush this stuff from my colon.

I did a web search on Bromolite and can’t find anything except to say that the bromolaide is the fiber from a pineapple.
The best colonix and detox I have used, and the only one I would recommend, is from Dr. Natura. Check out their website at http://www.drnatura.com
That’s perfectly normal with a fiber-based colon cleanse. None of them will really show a huge difference right away unless it’s a ton of fiber and you’re on the toilet non-stop for the first few days. Also, the increased BMs are removing the built up waste… it’s doing exactly what it should be doing. Were you told you needed a cleanse or did you just pick it up on your own? If you didn’t need it as much as those who really need a cleanse, you may not notice as much of an impact as others would, but the increased BMs say that it is cleaning you out.
That being said, if you eat healthy and you have enough fiber (fruits and veggies) in your diet, you probably wouldn’t need another cleanse for a long time or at least until you get backed up again. I would say to just finish up the container you’re using now and be done with it if you don’t want to continue… 2 weeks is a good timeframe for a cleanse and keeping fiber in your diet will help to keep you clean.
Even if it flushed everything from your colon, the feces would just be replenished over the next few days of eating food, so you’re fine. Good luck and I hope I helped!
All the colon cleanses that I have ever seen on the market these days also require you to do a series of enemas to aid in the cleaning.
Dude, your body is perfectly capable of removing impurities itself. Unless you have a real medical condition, save your money.
If you are still not seeing results, you are consuming a poor quality fiber. Also, if you have a large amount of build up, fiber by itself may not be enough. Other herbs such as cascara sagrada, psyllium hulls and chlorophyll can make a huge improvement.

There’s a product from Nature’s Secret called ultimate cleanse. It consists of a fiber pill and an herb pill. I have found this formulation to have great results. It targets more than just colon, and on it I’ve seen improvements not only to the way I was feeling, but in my skin in about 2 weeks. I’ve had a few friends also try it with very positive results. And it is not a laxative or a harsh cleanse, it works over time.
I don’t know if it helps, but there is some free information about colon cleansing at http://www.coloncleanse.org
It may be of help.
