Is it true that excercise isnt enough to lose weight? Do you know about diet pills, colon cleanser, etc?
Ive been excercising and actually gaining weight.. i read somewhere that some weight and other buildup in our colon can only be removed or lost with pills such as evercleasne, or miracly burn… what do you think, have u had sucess with pills or anything? all i want to loose is a good 12lbs!!! excericising is not a problem, so if i could lose that weight quick i can keep it off~

If you are exercising and eating healthily then you could be gaining weight but loosing fat. This is because with exercise you are building muscle which is replacing the fat, but as the muscle weighs more than the fat you gain weight on the scales. To be honest if you want to try and loose weight i would go by your measurements, this allows you to see where the weight is coming from and where you need to work more on.
There aren’t any diet pills that will automatically make you lose weight. You need to have a healthy low-fat/low-carb diet along with your excercise routine. I’ve lost 11 pounds in about 3 weeks on the South Beach Diet.
If you eat the proper food and exercise for about 30 min to an hr 3-5 times a week then you’ll see that you lost about 1 or 2 pounds within that week. Don’t eat any junk/fatty foods. You’re probably gaining weight because of muscles. Muscles way a lot more than fat. Diet pills don’t work.
No, diet pills aren’t effective, and "colon cleansers" can actually damage your intestines.
The only way to lose weight is to increase your activity level and decrease your calorie intake. You also need to make sure that you have a well-rounded exercise plan that includes a mixture of cardio, weight/strength training, and stretching.
You can try taking Xenadrine- thats what ive started taking, i’ve done it on and off and it works along nicely with excersicing…. it just gives you that extra boost!
Exercises is important because it will increase your metabolism, which is how fast you burn up energy.
Diet is the other key… Don’t eat foods with lots of calories or fat.
Vegetables are wonderful because they have lots of nutrition, but almost no calories.
Do you know why people eat celery when on a diet? Because it’s said that it takes more energy to chew it up than calories in the celery!
Eat a balanced diet, keep exercising, and good luck.
Diet and exercise are the #1 methods for weight loss. I have never really had any luck with pills.
If you want to lose that much weight you really should see your doctor before starting anything new. There are no pills to lose weight. If it was that easy then no one would be fat would they? Maybe you are gaining weight because you are eating more then you usually do because you believe you are exercising it off but you really aren’t for some reason. My suggestion is to see your doctor.
You are probably gaining weight due to muscle. Cutting back on junk food and doing a bit more cardio and a bit less weight lifting will probably help. Diet pills don’t work and weight doesn’t build up in the colon. That’s just rubbish.
