Is it important to detox the colon first before the liver and others ? read:?
I have never detoxed before, but I was told, and can’t remember the order. I was told, I THINK, to cleanse the colon first so that when the residue come out of the liver, etc, then it goes into a cleaner colon that can more easily get rid of those residues ? And what is good for colon cleanse in the way of foods, tinctures, and maybe coffee enemas ? I don’t need site unless they are informative, I do not want sites about where to buy them, I like to hear real life experiences if possible. Thanks ![]()

yes, and you can also flush the colon whilst doing the liver cleanse to move all the debris and other stuff that comes from the liver. gives you a good, light feeling – that liver cleanse. good luck.
Be careful of all those Colon Cleanse products. They are a scam like ear candles are. It’s just a bunch of hype designed to scare you into thinking you’ve got unhealthy "paste" stuck to your intestine wall and OMG you’re gonna shorten your lifespan unless you buy our hippy-dippy magic-bum cleaning formula for 50 dollars.
If you want to clean your colon the natural way, just eat more fibre. Psyllium seed husks are a good, natural product. They contain 100 percent seed husk, and not a bunch of weird unnatural ingredients. It was good enough for the Ancient Egyptians! You can get a big jar of the stuff at Trader Joes.
OMG, did you say coffee enemas? Be careful putting weird stuff up there. Your body will absorb it. Putting coffee up there is a good way to get your wired and feel extremely jittery. Don’t do it.
Just drink a lot of water, (most people don’t drink enough in a day,) and eat more veggies with good fiber content.
I’ve watched a bunch of YouTube videos by this girl Natalie, who does a series called Nutrition By Natalie. You might want to check it out. She’s really smart.
