Its most likely embarrasing for her. Look up the symptoms of IBS and be honest with yourself. If you believe that it would make no difference and you can handle her illness you would probably end up with a very wonderful girlfriend. I have cancer and dont date because I feel ugly and have no energy and frankly I often think who would ever want to date me.

everyone deserves love and affection, we all have problems. don’t be a douche and just hit it and quit it. take the time to get to know her. she may be a good person. these things take time. embarrassed of what? what people think? what people will say? fu..ck what people think, if she makes you happy then what people think wont matter.

What does IBS have anything to do with you two being together… nothing. If you like her enough you will not be worried about her IBS you will just be supportive of her. She just needs someone to be there for her during her time in need not people judging her. IBS has nothing to do with someones personality.
