Is is normal to have no bowel movement after starting parasite cleanser?
On july 6 i started a parasite colon cleanser at 1 in the afternoon. Now it is 7 in the afternoon on July 7th and I havent had a bowel movement yet. This is way different than what im used too. Is the cleanser working its magic or its something else that is happening. Also should i be taking mutlivitamins while doing this cleanse.
Also i have been feeling some type of pain in the abdomen like thumping or sumthing. Is this also normal?
