Is Hebrew Nationals hot dogs skinless?
I read that the casings on hot dogs is "thoroughly cleaned small sheep intestine" on wikepedia, and would like to find a better quality hot dog that is skinless..

Hebrew Nationals are in fact skinless like most hot dogs sold in super markets. However My favorite hot dogs and sausages are in the casing. It makes for better flavor and that snap when you bite into one can’t be beat. I love Millers pepper Dogs with casings, Casper’s and Taylor’s from Southern Oregon! BTW Jews do eat internal organs for certain dishes.
Back in my day that’s how it was, but Hebrew Nationals is a high quality & held to ridgid standards. Actually the best tasting also!
They used to be made from intestines, but very few (if any) are anymore. Hebrew National are kosher, so they have no guts whatsoever in or near them.
