   Assume all of them are potentially unsafe. This is what will help your health. Colon cleansing kits can not.

   No it isn’t. It is a scam. If you want a cleansed colon all you need to do is make sure you eat enough fiber.

   Cleansing your colon is entirely unneeded and can result in serious side effects, such as vitamin deficiencies and nerve problems. You shouldn’t spend your money on it, there are no known benefits and many potentially serious risks.

   I prefer to use the colon hydro therapy cleansing system myself. Colon hydro therapy can also be done in the comfort of your home using a series of enemas for allot less money.
