This question has probably been answered 500 times in the Alternative Medicine category. Read my lips: YOUR SYSTEM IS SELF-CLEANING. Despite what you may have seen on late-night television, your colon does NOT need flushing; no toxins are lingering there. Using a product to "clean out" your system can do no good and may do serious harm. Eating fruits, veggies and bran cereals (and avoiding red meats) will keep the contents of your digestive system moving briskly, and that’s all you need.
I WOULD NEVER USE THEM THINGS I WOULD BE AFRAID ,OF SOMETHING SERIOUS HAPPENING ..THERE NOT FDA APPROVED , WHY TAKE A CHANCE
Bisacodyl, sodium picosulfate, or sodium phosphate
should do the trick.
That’s a form of bulimia and it flushes out bacteria that you need, not to mention nutrients.
i use the walmart brand of metamucil three times a day for weeks and works great. if i could afford it, i would try:

I would suggest oatmeal, it is natural and it will do the job in a healthy way.

There is nothing better than good old plain water.drink lots of it.drink 10 to 12 cups every day.give this method a few days to work. dont be hasty. dont take any other thing.eat lots of vegies and fruit.
try a Colon cleanser. fiber always helps
