If you've done a gall bladder liver cleanse, which recipe did you use 4ur cleanse? I'm serious?

some woman on youtube made a vid advising ppl not even to think abt trying gall bladder liver cleanses.
but she used strange combos of ingredients i had never heard of b4 …… {epson salt and olive oil???} {SALT?!?!} no wonder she felt sick
never heard of anyone drinking down a bunch of salt, hmmm

Lots of good, clean, ph balanced water. If you can get it oxygenated that’s even better.
Also, I like artichoke and sarsaprilla. It is really a liver cleanse, but by cleansing the liver, you pretty much cleanse everything else…especially the gall bladder.
water or cranberry juice and maybe prune juice are the only things i know of
Deffinately water for the liver and cranberry for renal and bladder.
But those are for infections. I don’t know for small pebbles. Of course it’ll prevent the obstructions to grow. minimally!
